29 Larrabee's Run est une belle maison de deux étages qui se trouve sur la rive du lac Highland étincelant à Bridgton, dans le Maine (la région des lacs du Maine). La course de Larrabee a le meilleur des deux mondes-elle offre l'amusement intérieur et extérieur privé, et c'est aussi la distance proche au centre de Bridgton (qui a une pléthore de restaurants et de magasins à explorer) ... cette propriété a tout, juste à votre bout des doigts!

Cette maison au bord du lac possède de magnifiques plafonds cathédrale, de belles boiseries, de grandes fenêtres avec beaucoup de soleil et beaucoup d'espace pour accueillir jusqu'à 12 invités pour la nuit et pour divertir la compagnie. Et, avec 3.500sqft d'espace de vie, et les chambres à coucher et l'espace commun sur les deux niveaux supérieurs et inférieurs-il ya place pour que chacun ait un endroit pour appeler le leur! Chaque niveau a une vue sur le lac et un accès direct à l'extérieur. Cette maison dispose de 5 chambres et 3 salles de bains complètes. Nous fournissons à peu près toutes les commodités dont vous aurez besoin, (voir la liste complète ci-dessous)!

Vous pouvez profiter de nuits tranquilles devant votre foyer ou foyer, regarder un film à la maison, nager et jouer dans votre cour privée au bord du lac avec plage privée et terrasse ... ou vous pouvez marcher, vélo, nager, bateau ou conduire à l'agitation du centre-ville de Bridgton où vous pouvez prendre un film, sortir manger, sortir dans un pub, magasin, etc!

Our group of 3 families had a wonderful stay taking advantage of the swim dock, kayaks, fire pit and dinners on the deck. We appreciated the small touches of toiletry items in the bathrooms, a kitchen with plenty of supplies including tupperware/storage containers, and lots of games and puzzles. The indoor basketball game kept the kids entertained and there was plenty of space for everyone.

Beautiful house. So many renter friendly touches. We enjoyed the s’mores kit and bottle of wine provided by the owners. Highland Lake is beautiful with plenty of loons and good fishing. Every morning we enjoyed a walk into town and through nearby parks. Great to have restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.

Our family of 11 had a wonderful week at this beautiful home. The amenities were outstanding and plentiful, the beach, dock and float were perfect and everyone from the ages of 11/2 to 80 enjoyed every moment on the lake.Having 2 BR's and a br on the lower floor as well as a huge living area allowed all of us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was stocked with condiments, spices, lots of dishes and, of course, the gift of everything for s'mores and a bottle of wine was so very thoughtful. Thank you!

Wonderful ski vacation!

We had an excellent stay here. Christina is amazing to work with, property is less than 10 minutes to the mountain and the house is very well appointed. There were 9 of us (two families with school age children). Lots of room to spread out and have fun!

Great stay!

We stayed for a week and it was glorious. The lake was clean and the sandy walk in was ideal for our 1 year old to splash around in. The house was well appointed and very comfortable for our party of 10 (5 adults, 5 kids). Christina was super responsive when we had a small issue with the grill and a small plumbing leak. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic week!

Thanks for a wonderful week on Highland Lake. The house was exactly what we needed for our big family. Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Loved all the water toys and dock. Spent all week floating in the lake. Great location, close to town. We would definitely go back next summer!

Home away from home

We all enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We were very comfortable here. It has everything you could want and more. Lots of toys,puzzles and games for all ages from infant and up.Lots of towels and well stocked kitchen. Had fun with the canoe and kayak. Loved the spacious downstairs where we could all gather comfortable and enjoyed the fires on the chilly evenings. Would recommend this beautiful home!

Wonderful!

My family and I spent a very relaxing week in this beautiful home. The house was roomy and everyone had their own space. Christina was very helpful when I had questions, and was a phone call or text away. The lake is right there, with a dock, raft, and sandy walk in. There were kayaks and a canoe available as well. All of the kids enjoyed being there. We can’t wait to come back.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful week at the lake! The house was clean with plenty of linens and towels available throughout the house. There is laundry on site if needed, and a fully equipped kitchen with brand new grill for summer grilling. Our 12 year old children enjoyed paddle boarding around the cove and swimming and diving off the raft. It was a great week and Christina was an attentive and responsive home owner. Lovely well furnished cottage for a family of nine located in the woods w/short path to the waterfront equipped with dock, raft, water floatation devices, kayaks and canoe; within walking distant to the village. A few property concerns that didn't really affect the quality of our experience were well received by the owner who was outstanding to work with before, during and after our stay.

Beautifully located and furnished Maine house with private access to stunning Highland Lake.

After attending a lovely wedding in New Port, R I, the groom's family of 14 Australians retired to the Larrabee's Run lake house for a week of relaxation and family fun etc. The House, Lake with canoes & fire pit, and the village of Bridgton exceeded all our expectations. The house is well setup for large groups with the bedrooms in essentially three separate zones, and the main Living, Dining & Kitchen area easily accommodating all of us at a time. Sitting down on the jetty on the mirror like lake with a freshly brew coffee became an early morning ritual! Absolutely loved staying at the Lake House and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Family Fun

Lovely clean and spacious home for our family of 11. Kids, old and young, enjoyed jumping off the dock and raft. Lake wasn't that busy with motor-boaters, so we were very comfortable going on paddle boards, kayaks, and canoes together. Kids loved the basketball game downstairs. Nice fire pit to enjoy s'mores at night. Cute downtown to explore and within walking distance. A nice trail/park to walk with the kids. Christina was an excellent host throughout the process, checking in with us at the beginning of our stay and being available anytime by phone or text. Would recommend.

Downstairs was musty needs to be dried out we’ve had a lot of rain this year and the dehumidifier couldn’t keep up We turned the heat on to dry it out

Family reunion fun!

Missing our vacation on Highland Lake already! Great house for our multi-generational stay. From the 7 month old to Gramma and Grampy it was a perfect house for our stay. Plenty of room to spread out inside and the lake front property gave us many options…… the fire pit, the dock, shady and sunny areas and plenty of trees for the hammocks. Lake toys were plentiful and Moose Landing Marina was a great place to rent our pontoon. Christina was very helpful before we arrived and once we were there. She is very Covid conscious, putting my concerns to rest. Bridgetown is a cute little town and Maine Lobster Express provided great sea food. Go if you can. Everybody needs a Maine vaca!

East Coast + West Coast reunion

First of all, Christina was awesome to deal with. We had schedule conflicts to deal with and Christina work it all out for us, she touched base with us on arrival to make sure we were all set. Christina also suggested fun places for the grandchildren, which we utilized. House was perfect for all of us. We had 3 grandchildren, 6 adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, inside and out. House has plenty of games, books, videos for late night fun after being on the lake all day. The deck is great for having your meals outside, good size fire pit for at night making s'mores and enjoying a a cold one. All kinds of toys to enjoy the lake with, kayaks, canoes, floats, noodles. Great time just sitting out on the dock enjoying the views or helping the grand kids fish. Great time had by all!!

There's none better !!!

Very spacious, modern, clean home. Can't say enough good things about this home and the owners who were only a phone call away.. There is nothing bad to say about the house. Our entire family and grandchildren , ages 10 mos to 25 years old, were always entertained outdoors using the canoe and kayaks. They used the kayaks to go to Highland Beach, which took 5 min. One grandchild even swam over to the beach. Most nights we all sat around the fire pit . Anything you would use in your own kitchen is available at Larrabees run. Thank you so much Christina and JD for sharing your beautiful vacation home with us This was the nicest home we have spent our summer vacation in and we have rented for many years through homeaway Charlene, Frank, and all the kids and grandkids

Great group vacation house

We had a large group of adults and small children stay over New Years weekend. The house is spacious, perfect for a large group plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful, its super clean, updated and has everything you need! Location is great just a few minutes from down town and about 10 minutes from skiing at Shawnee Peak, it is also directly on the lake which I can imagine must be amazing in the summer. Our visit started the day after a huge snow storm hit the area, the one glich we had was that the plow truck had to delay when he would plow the driveway due to how steep the driveway is. It was a slight inconvenience but Christina was very helpful and accommodating to try solve the situation. Overall we had a wonderful stay, there is something for everyone in the area and this house is great for any season. Christina was great to book with she is very informative and detailed and puts in the effort to ensure that her guests have a great experience. I would definitely return to Larrabees Run!

Although your arrival was thwarted by the snowfall of over 2 feet--which was probably only welcomed by the skiers in your group ; )--I'm thankful that all went well and that you enjoyed our spacious home and all that Bridgton has to offer! And, we'd love to have you and your guests back to Larrabees Run anytime--you're right, as fun as winter in Maine can be, Highland Lake is the place to be in the summer, too--any season for that matter! Perfect for Lake Lovers!

A beautiful property on a beautiful lake! Our family filled this house to the brim with 9 adults and 4 children (2 small toddlers). The open concept kitchen/dining/family room area is perfect for sharing meals and visiting. There is also ample seating just outside on the deck. Downstairs was perfect for video games, air hockey and other active games. 2 full sized refrigerator/freezers worked out great for our large group. Laundry machines were very clean and modern. We did have a couple of minor issues that were addressed promptly by the owners of the property. For people that are very sensitive to molds, the finished basement has a slight musty smell that my daughter-in-law was sensitive to. The rest of the family found the basement to be comfortable and fun! The owners have dehumidifiers running that help a great deal. Our family had a great time and will cherish the memories made here for years to come!

Perfect location for our celebration!

Our group of 8 met on Christmas for a birthday celebration, but unfortunately a plumbing problem at our first rental left us with no where to stay. We were very lucky to find Larrabee's Run as our alternate location. Christina was fantastic to work with and we had access to the house within a few hours of our first inquiry. The home is immaculate, with plenty of space for everyone to gather comfortably. The kitchen is well equipped and we enjoyed our dinners together, including a 6 course birthday celebration dinner. The basement was the perfect spot for our pre-dinner gathering and birthday cake afterwards. We enjoyed the views of the snow covered lake and took advantage of the fire pit on a chilly evening. Bridgton and the surrounding area are lovely, with plenty of local spots to enjoy. During our short visit we were able to enjoy Beth's and Ebenezer's Pub in Lovell and would recommend both. In retrospect the problem at our first rental seems like a blessing in disguise because we couldn't have been happier with Larrabee's Run. I'm certain our trip was better than originally expected. I can't thank Christina enough for allowing us into her home on such short notice and working with us during the holiday. It truly made our vacation!

We loved your home

This property was perfect for our family of 11. We loved the canoe and kayaks, and rented a pontoon boat which we were able to keep moored right in front of the property. We enjoyed having s'mores at the firepit, and we were all truly comfortable for the week. Walkable distance to the adorable town of Bridgton.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with Bridgton, Maine a couple of years ago! Bridgton has everything you'd want in a vacation destination...the beautiful Highland Lake, and everything from diners to fancy restaurants, gift shops to the local country store, cafes and coffeehouses, and both a movie theatre (w/3 screens) and the Bridgton Twin Drive-In Movie Theatre, local library and year-round activities to entertain and delight all who live or visit. It didn't take long for us to realize that we should buy a home here!

When we visited 29 Larrabee's Run, we knew we had found that very home! It's a great lakefront home and so close to town, you can walk, bike, swim or drive to town! It's also a quick drive to Shawnee Peak, and all that the Maine Lakes Region has to offer! We couldn't be more thrilled to share this great home with you and your loved ones! We have a feeling that once you stay there, you'll want to come back year after year! And, if you don't feel that way, we'd truly like to know what we could do to make this your vacation destination year after year!
