Si vous recherchez un hébergement de premier ordre pour des vacances inoubliables, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Cette tour, située au 24e étage d'une tour de 25 étages, offre une vue incomparable sur l'océan depuis le salon et le balcon avant, et depuis le deuxième balcon de la chambre, une vue imprenable sur les montagnes verdoyantes de la Sierra Madre. Belles piscines à débordement surplombant la fantastique plage de sable fin. Une variété d'équipements sont disponibles, y compris une salle de sport complète, ainsi qu'un restaurant au bord de l'océan, tous sur place. Le condo et la tour entière sont neufs, tous les meubles et la télévision 50 pouces sont neufs. Soyez l'un des premiers à faire l'expérience de ce type d'hébergement.

Two week getaway away from the snow !

Amazing condo and complex! Two balconies both with beautiful views. Lots of bedding and towels, beach towels, fully equipped kitchen. Great air-conditioning! Nice appliances. I have never stayed at a place in Mexico where there are so many swimming pools, infinity pools! and the hot tubs are actually hot and there is even a warm pool. We were shocked at the huge beach also. Owners respond fast, Marc is really awesome! Just an amazing condo and I would stay here again for sure. Walking distance to so many stores and restaurants and a cheap taxi ride to the Melacon.

Grand Venetian

The views from the bedroom and the living room were great. Got to see the whales out the front, the cruise ships coming in and the fireworks on Saturday nights at eight. The bed was not great, but once I talk to Marc about the problem. He had a new mattress up and a foam to cover. It had much better sleep after that.. the one couch was new, but the other one was very hard to sit on and both are lower so harder to get up for seniors with that problems. The noise from the bar across the river starts up Friday night, Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock and goes until 9 o’clock each day the music is very loud but it only lasts until 9 o’clock Friday to Sunday day, we just closed the balcony doors, otherwise our experience was very good.

Lovely Beach Condo

The condo is clean and spacious with great views of the ocean. The complex includes multiple pools, a restaurant/bar, a small gym, and an access point to the beach. Check in/out and communication were smooth. I would happy return.

Great vacation property

We loved this property in PV. The complex was fantastic not a all inclusive noisy complex but quiet serene and very relaxing. The condo had incredible views and was very clean and modern. We will be Booking again at Marc's unit without a doubt.

Infinite View

The Condo was just as described. I could have looked at the ocean all day. The location is close to town and is not far from the marina restaurants.

Our 6 night stay at the grand venetian.

The property was great. No complaints. We had everything we needed. The view from the 24th floor was exceptional. The pool areas were wonderful. We enjoyed our stay. I guess the only negative was the couches. In the evening we wanted to stretch out but impossibe to be comfortable. But other than that the overall experience was very positive.

Enjoyed our stay.

Our hosts were very responsive and helpful with regards to the condo. One area for improvement is the 3rd person bed which was very uncomfortable. Personally, I would not offer it as a suitable sleeping accommodation. All in all an enjoyable stay..

Short vacay to celebrate New Year

We are family of three, all adults getting down to PVR to celebrate NYE in the town pf Puerto Vallarta. We love the place, Grand Venetian. It is beautiful and very convenient located. Beach and pool and all the amenities that the building offered. Only one little things: please get some better and newer pillows, and blankets and bed sheets and pillowcases… They are all old and nowhere near an ok standard! Thank you hosts, Marc and Patricia! Your condo is so beautiful! I m so sad to leave PVR!

Grand Venetian

My partner and I had a great stay at the Grand Venetian. Our host Marc was always available to answer any questions. Many reviews mentioned the loud music nearby. Yes, the music is loud and comes from the property next door during the day. Thankfully, the music ends before bedtime. We were within walking distance to two local Supermercados, Walmart, Sam's Club and Costco. This property has two balconies which we enjoyed very much. The lights of the city can be seen from the bedroom balcony. The Grand Venetian staff were very friendly. The El Holi Restaurant is next door and has a good selection of food and drinks.

Puerto Vallarta Vacation

Excellent location & great views. Would be nice if there was a note/sheet noting the Wifi Login/Password & any other "welcome" info. Instead you need to reach out & ask all these basic questions. The digital lock on the main door failed (due to Ocean/Salt we assume). This was highly inconvenient as we now had no where to stay & did not have access to our heart medication & asthma puffers. (required, but not life & death) No phone chargers, food, water, wallet, passport, clothes, etc. 95% of the other rental units in the Tower(s) have key locked boxes by the door. Proposed solution - Install a lock box with a key OR have some plan to allow tenants to access their room. Making a long story short, the owner was out of town and then returned to go to work, leaving us in dinner attire sitting poolside until the next evening. On a side note V.R B~O's definition of asap is 72 hours, we'll get back to you is best defined as, you better call us for any updates. Ironically the patio doors don't lock, but too dangerous at 24 floors to gain entry. A few comments in reflection of previous reviews. re: Cindy N. Dec. 2022 - "Only one little things: please get some better and newer pillows, and blankets and bed sheets and pillowcases… They are all old and nowhere near an ok standard!" - We agree with Cindy's comments. re: Teresa K. Nov. 2022 - "Pretty well equipped kitchen but I would say it could use an upgrade on cookware and silverware." - We agree with Teresa's comments. Dishes were pulled out dirty. Everything was all mismatched, seemed below standard. re: Doug D. March 2022 - Read this review, its amazingly accurate. "There is a nightclub situated below the balcony" - True, this didn't bother us with the doors closed. "There is a sewer smell that comes up through the drain in the bathroom and shower. There was a rubber cover..." - Your going to notice this, I promise. Proposed Solution - The (2) bathroom sinks require "P" traps. The issue - at night when water use / hence sewage subsides, the drain pipes allow the air to come right back up. (this is normal) What's not normal is the sinks which must have been modified, no one that knows what they were doing would have installed them without "P" traps, easy fix. "The kitchen is sparsely equipped... ...worse than my camping gear." - We agree with all of Doug's comments. re: Alon Segev Jan 2018 - Accurate review. The pictures of the unit are outdated & don't reflect the current status.

Condo vraiment pas apprécié!!!

Le congélateur du frigo était défectueux et l’eau dégoûtait dans un plat à l’intérieur. Les grilles du four de la cuisinière était très sales, le ménage dans le condo n’avait pas été fait sauf les draps du lit qui avaient été changés. Nous avons dû engagé une femme pour nettoyer et faire le ménage. La table du salon et la petite table sur le balcon avaient besoin de boulons pur les solidifier. Dans la garde/robe de la chambre à coucher, le propriétaire avait laissé de vieux stores et pôles à rideaux.De plus,un des tiroirs de bureau dans la chambre à coucher était rempli de vis et boulons . Great Location!

We love the Grand Venetian! Nice pools, close to grocery store, nice gym, and several restaurants close by. Nice to watch the sunrise and sunset on the balconies on this particular unit on the 24th floor. Comfortable bed and love the huge shower. We do alot of our own cooking while we stayed 2 weeks here. Pretty well equipped kitchen but I would say it could use an upgrade on cookware and silverware. We had a wonderful vacation in PV in Marc's condo. Hope to return again!

Amazing view!

The condo was perfect for us. From the moment we walked in and saw the view of the ocean and the setting sun! Beautiful! It had everything we needed and we spent lots of days on the beach in the lounge chairs provided under the palapas. We would definitely return. Thanks for everything!

Great view but issues

Great views (as shown), awesome beach, amazing pools to choose from (4!) in which you can sit in poolside lounges most days, great hot tubs, LOTS to love about this place! HOWEVER, things we wish we had known: -There is a nightclub situated below the balcony that blasts thumping club music from Thursday night through Saturday night, even ALL DAY SATURDAY. We were there for two Saturdays. This was highly unpleasant. -There is a sewer smell that comes up through the drain in the bathroom and shower. There was a rubber cover you could put over it, but the smell permeated the unit during most of our 11 day stay. -The water in the building was shut off from 11 pm to 1 pm the next day on one day we were there. We did not know about it ahead of time (it was posted in one elevator but not the elevator we used). Another tenant said it had happened the week before as well and was very unhappy, as were we. -The kitchen is sparsely equipped so if you are an avid cook or plan to eat in much, you will need to improvise. Cutlery, pots/pans are all poor quality and worse than my camping gear. -There were a few maintenance issues that needed addressing upon our arrival: broken hairdryer, dishwasher nonfunctional, light in livingroom broken so very dark at night when trying to eat at the table or read. -You will need to bring or buy your own: coffee, body soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher detergent, which may be normal for Mexican short-term rentals? Overall, we loved this location and view. We paid close to the same amount as we paid at the Marriott last year, so we were expecting a bit higher quality experience, which could be improved easily by keeping better tabs on maintenance issues so guests don’t have to “discover” them during their stay. Spending that little bit more on quality items for the kitchen and bathroom also make a world of difference for guests who are here on possibly their only holiday of the year.

We stayed at the Grand Venetian from 26 December 2021 to 09 January 2022. Prior to arrival Marc made contact with us informed access to the condo zero stress or concern after a days travel was nice. The condo was everything advertised, clean, spacious, everything needed and the view was second to none!! Marc made contact with us a few days into the stay to ensure everything was fine! Totally enjoyed our stay, the vacation was exactly what a vacation was to be…..already making plans to return !!!

This unit is exactly as advertised. Awesome views of the Ocean from the front Patio and great views of the City from the back Patio. The grounds, Pools and Beach access are stellar.

Delightful!

Our stay in PV was wonderful! The views from the 24th floor were fabulous. The main balcony off the living area overlooked the beautiful beach, and the balcony off the bedroom overlooked the mountains and city. The condo was clean, modern, and adequately supplied. Marc and Paty met us at the condo upon our arrival and were accessible during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great place on the beach

The condo is exactly as stated in the its write up. Right on the beach, great location. Condo has all the amenities needed for a great beach holiday, and the view from the balcony at sunset was a great way to end your day. Resort is clean and the staff looked after all our needs. Marc the owner met us as we checked in which was a nice surprise. We will be coming back soon

We did let go of everything so much that we cannot even remember how to do things at home...we are still at Puerto Vallarta's pace!! Good Value

The common areas are wonderful and so is the onsite restaurant. The condo itself has beautiful views and is well laid out. The kitchen is equipped with the just the basics. The condo is clean but not spotless. We were not supplied with enough towels. The coffee machine broke during our last days. I asked the Owner for a replacement coffee machine but alas none arrived. He apologized on checkout with "it happens". I concede it does happen but when you pay to stay it should not just "happen". The sofa bed was hard and can accommodate one person only. Our girls slept on the sofa. On our second to last day we were mistakenly advised by the Owner to checkout. Although mistakes happen, I didn't need the stress. If the price is right this place could be good value.
