Forest Gardens Villa - Courtyard View-Courte promenade à l'océan Atlantique

Forest Gardens est une communauté tranquille entourée de beaux arbres qui ajoutent à l'environnement serein et privé. La plage est à moins d'un mile et vous trouverez cette villa est vraiment un "chez soi". Cette propriété est située dans la région de South Forest Beach de Hilton Head, à distance de marche de Coligny, le centre de Hilton Head Island. Marchez à la plage, restaurants, magasins et pistes cyclables!

Situé au premier étage, cette villa de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain a une disposition spacieuse et est joliment décorée. Le salon a un nouveau canapé et siège d'amour et TV à écran plat séparée salle à manger et cuisine avec grand réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, belles armoires en bois, comptoirs en granit et un bar qui s'ouvre sur le salon avec deux tabourets de bar. Il y a une machine à laver et sécheuse pour votre commodité dans la cuisine. Le pont du salon donne sur les motifs.

Le maître dispose d'un lit king size et d'une salle de bain privée avec douche. La 2ème chambre dispose de deux lits jumeaux avec une salle de bain complète dans le hall. Il y a un pont hors du salon et d'un autre coin salon lorsque vous entrez dans le condo.

Le complexe dispose d'une grande piscine pour votre plaisir, et à seulement 50 mètres de la porte d'entrée de notre villa.

Independence Day vacay

The place was nice. The master bed was comfortable and it was in a good location. Need some maintenance on some of the door locks and need to replace the TV in the master bedroom.

I recently stayed at this property and we had a wonderful time! Working with the property managers was great, they answered all my questions and were super friendly. The place was very nice and fit the description perfectly, no surprises no disappointments. We would absolutely stay again!

Great Value

For the price, we got far more than I expected. Good location close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Unit was spotlessly clean and well furnished. I would rent this unit again.

SHORT NOTICE RENTAL OASIS

The property fit our needs : nice kitchen; ample living room; TVs with multiple channels; walk-in shower which is nice for 70 year olds; sizable bedrooms; functional appliances including washer and dryer; location was quiet and afforded us easy access and exit; close to everything we needed - No downside - Excellent value!

Nice property-good value

The property was very nice. It was clean and well equipped. We were very comfortable. Don’t plan on big meals, the kitchen and stove/oven are undersized. The master bath is a bit small, but workable. This property came up in a VRBO search for Sea Pines. It is NOT in Sea Pines.

The location is close to most amenities in a quiet residential area. It was extremely well stocked for all of your needs.The concern is that this place is dated. TLC is needed to fix small things such as weather stripping on the front door and cracking of some floor tiles. The rug could use a steam cleaning as well.The people upstairs are heavy walkers which was a big concern through the night a couple of times.The people at Vacation Time were tremendous!

Fine but not great

The room was clean. Not a fan of the bathrooms. Walls are very thin. Master bathroom was recently converted. It’s a tiny bathroom with no exhaust fan and no air vent. Kitchen area is a bit too cramped Deck/balcony is kind of useless as there is no view. Walls are so thin you can hear every step from those staying above you. The pool is just that. Closes a bit too early (9pm) and could use a hot tub. It’s a bit much for walking distance to the beach (and we are very active). Other than that it’s fine. Bed was superb. Air was great. Appliances all work great. Tv and internet was good. Property is maintained. I would suggest having material present in rooms for things to do in the area.

Nice condo!

The condo was as described! Well stocked and plenty of room for a family of 4. The pool was clean and close! Only "negative" was the internet speed was a bit slow. It wasn't a big issue unless we streaming on multiple devices at night, but if you plan to work while at the condo I wouldn't think it could handle video/ conference calls. Just in case anyone is planning to do some work while on vacation. However we would stay here again!

Could have been better

The unit was fine for what we needed. We did, however, have a couple problems that we shared upon checkout. A bedroom ceiling fan was so filthy that we could not use it and this made for uncomfortable sleep at night. One of the beds had a crusty stain on it and we had to wash it before being able to sleep in the bed (the stain came out in the wash). When told about these issues, we were given an "I'm sorry, I'll tell the cleaning team." A discount for our convenience would have gone a long way in us using a property with this management team in the future. Also, the need to check in and get a key to the unit seems very unnecessary in these times of keyless entries. That would be much more convenient. Very little information about the unit was available. Things like ... how to get to the nearest public beach access ... location of the swimming pool and hours ...

Quiet Hide away

Overall a great experience, we were in town for our sons wedding and enjoyed the stay at Forest Garden very much. Quiet setting, yet close enough to walk to the beach. Will definitely keep this on our favorite list.

Our stay....

The condo is perfect for what we needed. We brought our bikes and rode to the beach, which was about a 10 min bike ride. Everything was good, except the check in process as "dated". We had to go to a rental management company (that is a short drive from the condo) to pick up a key and they drop it off before check out at the same location. All the places we stay have key codes on the doors, we just had not done it this way in many years. It was just an extra step, after a long trip. Other than that, it was a good price for what we needed. The condo community is nice and quiet!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a last minute weekend booking. The beach is in walking distance. The place was clean. We arrived there after-hours, but the check-in process was quick and easy. The only issue was that the cable and wi-fi were not working/set up. It wasn't that big of a deal for us since we were there only for a weekend and the weather was nice the whole time. Cell service was not the best so wi-fi would have been nice to look up things to do in the evening. Or if it was raining we would have been bored out of our minds.

Great Stay

We had a great time and it was a great place to stay. The biggest thing that needs to be addressed is the sliding door, it doesn’t lock and to me that is a very big deal. If I knew this was addressed I would stay again.

Loved it!!

Awesome stay at Hilton Head Island!! The only minor issues we had was the lock on the sliding door was broken, the knob for washing machine was stripped, and the WiFi was kinda spotty at time. But as far as that me and my family had a great time! The staff was very helpful! 5 stars!!
