Cottage at Pine Knoll Shores (Pet Friendly)

Cottage at Pine Knoll Shores is a welcoming coastal retreat designed for comfort, convenience, and effortless beach living. Located in the quiet, family-friendly community of Pine Knoll Shores, this single-story vacation home offers an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway just steps from the shore.
The cottage features three well-appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private en suite bath, creating a peaceful space to unwind at the end of the day. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV, giving everyone a place to relax and enjoy their favorite shows.
Two separate living and seating areas provide plenty of room to spread out. Whether you’re gathering for movie night, reading quietly, or enjoying conversation after a day at the beach, there’s space for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation easy, from quick breakfasts to fresh seafood dinners enjoyed together.
One of the highlights of the Cottage at Pine Knoll Shores is its private community beach access, allowing you to reach the sand and ocean with ease. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling into the outdoor seating area, perfect for evening relaxation or morning coffee with coastal breezes.
Whether you’re here for sun-soaked beach days, biking through shaded streets, or simply slowing down by the sea, Cottage at Pine Knoll Shores offers a comfortable and memorable coastal escape.

2 King Beds, 1 Pyramid Bunk (Double on bottom and Twin on top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.

PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.
