This adorable house in Neskowin offers 3 bedrooms - one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk bed room perfect for the little ones. Features an Ensuite bathroom of the Queen Size bedroom with soaking tub. This vintage cottage boasts updated features such as a Nest controlled heating system, under floor heating in the 2 bathroom spaces. A stone through away from Neskowin beach. Kickback, relax and enjoy this special place!

+ 1 x Furry Friend is permitted to stay in the house. And we have pet rules!

**** Furry Friends 🐶 are not allowed to sleep, hang-out on or jump on any of the beds or the living room furniture! Not all my guests stay with a pet. It can be difficult to clean dog hair out of bedding and furniture. To ensure a super clean & comfy stay for all guests, I must insist on these rules! 💕

Also - The home is not fenced and our surrounding neighbors have dogs who sometimes visit our deck looking for my dog! ❤️

+ The Fireplace in the living room was built in the 1940s. It is old and no longer in operation.

The heating system in the home has been upgraded to: Central Hot Air, controlled by a NEST. Both Bathrooms have under floor heating systems. No AC

+ The cottage features an open concept. Living room flows into kitchen that flows to the back of the house where there is a King Size bedroom, bunk bedroom & Shower-room.

+ The kitchen is equipped with appliances, dishes and utensils

+ There are 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen Size Bed. Bedroom 2 has a King Size Bed. The 3rd Bedroom is a Bunkbed Room that is suitable for 2 x kids!

+ Shower room is located at the back of house by the King Size Bedroom

+ The Bathroom is directly connected to and entered through the Queen Size bedroom.

+ The Home is one Level, however does have a couple of steps here and there

+ Located only a few steps from Neskowin beach and Neskowin Golf course (Golf course is open seasonly from mid July onwards)

- I offer: Herbal Essences Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in large containers for all my guests to use!

- Provided is: 1 Sponge for Dishes, Aloe Vera Hand Soap in the dispensers in the bathrooms and kitchen. The Dispenser in the Kitchen contains Dish Washing Liquid

+ Make sure your reservation accounts for every person staying & your pet!

+ Please don't invite extra guests other than those included in your reservation.

+ Parties or events of any kind including photo shoots are prohibited unless arranged officially with the host.

+ This is a 100% no smoking home. No Vaping or Cigarette Smoking or Illegal Drugs

Other things to note:
- Our Vintage home was built in 1940 and retains a relaxed charm, please note that there are areas of the home that are not hotel style crisp. It's a relaxed space that you will enjoy if you love charming beach homes!

- The home is a quiet retreat and NOT set up for you to invite extra guests, throw parties, or arrange photo shoots. Please be honest in your booking about the number of people staying and if you plan to invite extras - communicate this in advance.

- Security Cameras are present and recording. They are on the outside of the home facing towards the roadside & the backside of the house facing the sheds.
