Conveniently situated along County Road 4, offering direct access for ATV and snowmobile enthusiasts. Just a ride away, you'll find the renowned Idle glen trails, celebrated as some of the best and longest trails in Colorado.
Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Rocky Mountains and expansive grounds, you'll never want to leave!
The ground-level entrance welcomes you into an expansive entertainment haven. Adorned with an oversized sectional sofa with a pull out sofa bed, multiple TVs, a bar, and recreational delights like mini basketball and foosball, this room promises endless enjoyment for gatherings large and small.
Ascending to the main floor via a stairway that includes a convenient stairlift, the heart of the home unfolds into a grand living room adjoining a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen boasts ample counter space, a central island, and all the essentials for culinary adventures. Just beyond the kitchen, a balcony beckons with sweeping vistas that stretch for miles, offering a perfect setting for outdoor dining or simply soaking in the mountain panorama.
On this main floor, the sanctuary of the primary bedroom with a king bed awaits, complete with an en suite bathroom. A second bedroom featuring a king bed and a guest bathroom are also located on this floor.
