Commencez l'expérience de vacances de vos rêves dans cette maison de montagne exquise de 4 chambres et 4 salles de bain. Profitez des vues spectaculaires depuis les nombreux ponts ou détendez-vous et profitez d'un film sur l'un des téléviseurs à écran plat. Les enfants, grands et petits, apprécieront la grande bibliothèque de films. Situé dans une zone où les cerfs, les wapitis et les orignaux sont souvent vus. Ceci est vraiment une maison de luxe de montagne avec quelque chose pour tout le monde. VEUILLEZ NOTER: 1 chambre peut être verrouillée selon le nombre de personnes utilisant la maison.

Bien que les routes principales soient généralement bien labourées, de nombreuses zones résidentielles nécessitent de traverser des collines escarpées sur des chemins de terre qui ne sont pas aussi entretenus. Overall the house is perfect! The location is perfect, close to town and easy access to the lakes. The size was perfect for our group, lots of gathering space to spend time together. The beds are very uncomfortable and the water pressure for the showers are disappointing. Otherwise good place to stay!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was very nice. It was big enough for our group of 12 and everyone had plenty of room. It is located about 3 minutes from downtown Grand Lake, which is a very nice town with plenty of restaurants and shops. It is about 5 minutes from the west park entrance. It was about a 1.5 hour drive to the Bear Lake hiking area and Estes Park. The house itself was very nice with plenty of room. The sunset views from the great room and back deck were amazing. We did have an issue with the dishwasher during our stay. Management was very good at communicating with us. Overall, this is a great house, and we would stay again.

It was not spotless when it comes to cleanliness. However, that seemed to be more the fault of previous guests not cleaning up after themselves than the housekeeping staff. Overall it is a great rental for a large family with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Great place!

Great place and beautiful part of God’s creation. Place could use a few upkeep touches. Upstairs window will not open. Light on ceiling fan does not work. Lamp in living room has bad switch. One kitchen chair needs repair. Did not like the fact that we had to bring garbage to the dumpster in town. Overall great place and we enjoyed using it.

Pond Hockey Hangout

The property management was responsive to queries and worked with our timing issues. The location was in a great setting, make sure to have AWD in winter. The home slept 11 but could easily sleep more. Sheets and towels were fresh. The grill worked, there isn't much more we could ask for.

New Years Family Vacation

We had an amazing time in this home as we arrrived after christmas and left on the New year day! My family and i enjoyed the scenic views, the adventures and nearby activities. To top off, the snow was what we were not used to but enjoyed everyday of our stay. We will definitely visit again in a near future.

Great Location

This house was the perfect place to stay for our visit to the Rocky Mountains. The town of Grand Lake was adorable and the house was very close to restaurants, stores, and the park. The lady at Grand Mountain Rentals was very professional and helpful! Would definitely stay again.

Great Rental Cabin

This place is great for a large group. Very nice outdoor areas, easy to find, spacious interior and clean. For how nice everything in the house is, a better grill would be nice. It worked though and we cooked some really nice meals in the house.

Loads of fun

We had a wonderful time our neighbors were so nice. First vacation with all the grandkids so our normal fun thing when there were limited. We found out-put and the hover cars and race cars. Kids and adults had a blast all day. Three straight years in that area and will still go back as much as possible

Just Like The Picture

The property and location is honestly hard to beat! The views are amazing. The downtown area isn't far from the property either. Accessing the main living area is a bit tricky, as you have to enter from the 3rd floor and go up to the main. The kids loved it haha, not so much the older adults. There is ample space for the entire family. Even with the max of 16 people you still dont feel squished. The fireplace in the living area worked flawlessly which was a plus. Unfortunately the fireplace in the main bedroom did not, we attempted several times for several days. The check in process is a bit frustrating. Instead of checking in with a code or a key box located on the property, you have to actually drive into town and go to the office. So all those that's had a long flight, drive or the airport has just frustrated you, you still have to drive to the office before entering the beautiful property. The office was very helpful and even allowed an early check in due to our flight being really early in the AM. We do feel that check out is extremely early at 10am however, I'm sure this is done for a reason. All in all we loved our stay.

Convenient location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay, and only minutes from Grand Lake. The office staff located in Grand Lake was professional and accommodating. They even mailed to my daughter some clothes she forgot at the house when we left. With that said, this is a beautiful home that is being allowed to fall into disrepair. Many of the windows was not operable, and without A/C, was an annoyance. The deadbolts on the exterior doors were also difficult to operate. The rot on the handrails of the second story deck was so deep the rails were no longer structurally sound. There was also some misc. debris and roof shingles littering the lot. A $1,000 bill and a handyman for 3 or 4 days could put this place back into shape.

There should be more maintenance done on this house, however. The window on the left side of the fireplace leaked badly during a Mountain rain storm. Several lightbulbs were out and we especially missed the one in the refrigerator that was out. A few repair and maintenance touches would make this outstanding stay. As is I would give 3-4 stars.

Beautiful Views & Great Location

Stayed for a long weekend and went fishing on Grand Lake and Lake Granby. House was equipped with everything you needed, including kitchen items and bathroom essentials. Home had beautiful views of the mountains (and the recent burn area) and less than a 5 minute drive to RMNP and Grand Lake. We saw a mama moose and her baby at the end of the driveway, across the street. The long driveway was spacious enough for us to park our pontoon. You won't be disappointed! Hope to return in the future! Thank you.

The perfect eacape

We loved staying at Ryan’s Retreat! It was the perfect set up for our gathering. Super close to the lake but also up the mountain away from downtown. Very spacious spot!

Nice mountain getaway

We had a family reunion at Ryan’s retreat beginning March. The stay was awesome, we had everything we needed in this house. Kitchen was full of kitchenware, appliances and other stuff. Although we got our skillet to make eggs in the morning. I would suggest host to add more bath towels and warm blankets, since third floor is not that warm. Also I would suggest to add rugs in the bathrooms since the tile floor is cold in bathrooms. Make sure to get propane tank at the office ahead of time, so that you don’t have drive there when you are grilling. Overall we really liked our stay, the house is very nice and clean, views are awesome and can enjoy that from family room. Thank you for such a nice house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Ryans Retreat. Everything was great, from check in to check out. We were able to get into the property early, which was a life saver as we arrived in Grand Lake several hours before the posted check in time. Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful. The bunk room was a little chilly so the staff brought us a space heater. The roads and driveway were plowed. The house was very clean and well stocked with essentials for cooking. We would definitely stay at this property again. The Mountain Market was well stocked with all the things we needed for 3 days of meals. We ate at the Sagebrush and the food was very good. We did a snowmobile guided tour through Grand Adventures that was awesome! We did a sleigh ride through Rocky Mountain Stables that was okay, but I would probably recommend finding a different place. We had 11 people in the house and it was very spacious and comfortable.

No Window Coverings

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property. Great location. We had a wonderful time with our extended family of 12. Be aware... there are no curtains/blinds in this house. Absolutely no privacy or way to keep the bright afternoon sun out. Even the window in the first floor bathroom shower is completely exposed. We felt like we were on display, especially at night with the lights on inside. Because of that, we won't rent this home again. Otherwise, it was a great place to be.
