à propos de cet hébergement
Waterfront Retreat: Fish, Kayak, and Paddle Board on Property + Pool + Hottub
Enjoy panoramic of views of Lemon Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway from this beautiful island home located at the end of a dead-end street for maximum privacy. Soaring cathedral ceilings create a bright open living space with beautiful water views right from the couch. Comfortable seating on multiple balconies offers private, gorgeous scenery - a front-row seat to spectacular Lemon Bay sunrises, perfect for morning coffee. An outdoor dining area pairs stunning water views with family meals in a peaceful, secluded setting.
Launch your water adventures right from the property - kayak, paddle board, fish, or bring your own jet ski. Our 300-foot private dock extends into Lemon Bay offering excellent fishing, a fish cleaning station, guest dockage and frequent dolphin/manatee sightings. A private boat/kayak ramp on the property makes launching kayaks, a paddle board or your own water toys easy. Enjoy the water from the balconies or dock, where youâll often spot dolphin, manatees, mullet, osprey, pelicans and other wildlife. Bikes are also available for cruising the sandy island roads in search of gopher tortoises, or other island life. The beach is just a short drive, golf cart ride, bike ride, or walk away, offering miles of uncrowded pristine Florida shoreline. Evenings are perfect for board games on the porch, gathering around the fire pit, watching dolphin's surface, or unwinding at the end of the dock as the island quiets down.
The home includes a 65" TV in living room and primary bedroom, outdoor speakers, mesh Wi-Fi, washer/dryer - everything you will need for a comfortable stay.
Whether youâre here for boating and fishing or quiet mornings on the porch, Lemon Bay offers a rare combination of privacy, direct water access, beach proximity, and relaxed island living
