Everything you need to refresh your mind, body and spirit is at your fingertips. Whether indulging at Agave (the spa), finding inspiration on the golf course or simply relaxing by the pool, you’re sure to find the perfect way to spend your vacation.
Enjoy yourself in the refreshing swimming pool, immerse yourself in the waterfall cascade, or, enjoy the exhilarating waterslide. A quiet retreat for adults, the heated Aguamiel pool is conveniently located by Agave (the Spa) with nearby hot tubs and private cabanas available for rent.
Explore the rugged and colorful desert terrain. Take in the desert landscape on one of the local hiking trails or bicycle rentals allow you to intertwine through the landscape. Enjoy an amazing guided tour available on horseback or you can take a private ride with your family or friends.
The Westin Kierland Villas is surrounded by the Kierland Golf Club, a Troon Golf experience. The club features three fully mature, nine-hole courses. Rental equipment and shoes are available to you from the Pro Shop.

After a day in the desert beauty, come to your villa and relax on the living area's couch while watching the flat screen TV with DVD/CD player or just listen to the Bose® Wave® AM/FM radio. The living area is further accented by a fireplace. Wireless High Speed Internet Access is complimentary.

The suite has a fully-equipped granite counter top kitchen that features a microwave/convection oven, a stovetop, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, countertop appliances, and dinnerware. The dining areas offers seating for six, and a breakfast bar seats two. A washer and dryer are provided as well for your convenance.

In the master bedroom, close the blackout curtains and watch a movie on an additional flat screen TV while reclining on a king-size bed. The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, a whirlpool tub, and double sinks.
The balcony is furnished with chairs, and bench seating.

The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing. The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property. Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
