Beautifully restored Brownstone with jaw-dropping detail. Featuring original woodwork, plaster crown moldings, marble fireplaces, reclaimed wood floors, arched pocket doors, and Venetian plaster walls. A cook's kitchen, perfect for family dinners, a deck, and views of a beautifully landscaped garden await. A playful wet room bath and a spectacular terrazzo spa bath are highlights. Skylights galore and a quiet dressing room perched on the top floor offer repose from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The base rate is for 4-person occupancy. Additional guests will be charged $100 per person per night. The fourth bedroom is the dressing room with a pitched ceiling. If this room is needed please let us know during the booking process so an airbed will be set up for you in this room.

Note: The separate garden apartment is ownerr occupied

Overall a good stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well kept, which made it an easy spot to settle into.One thing worth flagging for future guests: the host lives on site, staying in the basement floor of the property. That wasn't mentioned in the listing, and it caught us off guard. It didn't ruin anything, but it's the kind of detail you'd want to know going in, so I'd suggest the host add it to the description.

In the property description it does state that the owner lives in the ground floor apartment at the bottom of the description. It is also stated in other areas of the site and in the house rules which are attached to the rental agreement. Thank you

Very nice property overall, but potential guests should be aware that the host lives in the garden apartment downstairs and we could hear people speaking or watching TV when we were in the kitchen. The host also insists on an additional charge if more than 4 guests are staying at the property (we had 5, 4 of whom were over the age of 70 so clearly not there to party, and the property is advertised as a 4 BR that can accommodate 8 people) and got kind of aggressive with me when I questioned the additional charge. That soured the experience for me.

Both the fact that we charge per person after 4pp and the fact that we live in the. garden apartment are. indicated in the description of the property, which is the first thing anyone will see. Indicating the true number of guests staying in the home is a common courtesy any guest should abide by. When we saw that there were additional people staying, I requested the additional fee. Bojan replied very rudely and I was no longer comfortable with them as guests at this point. I reached out to customer support and was told that we could cancel with no refund to the guest since they had misled and broken the house rules. I graciously allowed them to complete their stay but was very unhappy with the level of disrespect he demonstrated

Fabulous family vacation. The property is even better than it looks in the photos with plenty of room for all of us. The location made it really easy to discover all of Brooklyn and Manhattan. Tatiana was a wonderful host and we'd love to come back.

Very beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. We had a great stay and Tatiana and Chris were responsive hosts. Beds were comfortable and the home had anything we needed. A couple notes for families with young kids - the dividing staircase wall between the garden apartment and main floor is not very thick so sound did occasionally come up from downstairs (and I assume downstairs from us) but it didn’t negatively impact our stay and everyone was respectful. We did our best to keep kid noise to the upper floors and moved any of breakable decor to higher shelves since we had our 3 yo with us, but depending on your kids personality it might require a lot of vigilance. Multiple playgrounds close by though so plenty of places to burn off energy.

We had an excellent visit to this stylish spacious brownstone apartment in Brooklyn. 4 friends from UK to celebrate a birthday. A bedroom each, space to dine in if needed and in a perfect spot to explore Manhattan and Brooklyn, the metro worked well wherever we went, especially the A train! Our host was always helpful and we had a grand time.

Our stay at this stunning Brooklyn Brownstone was wonderful. The place is decorated with great taste and inspires the soul. The beds were super comfortable, the showers were gorgeous, the kitchen would impress any famous chef. Everything you need is there. Tatiana takes no short cuts in providing a splendid space for rest and recuperation. I'm a light sleeper and this place was quiet enough for me. We hope to come back!

Our Stay in Brooklyn

It was wonderful to be nestled into a neighborhood in Brooklyn, where we easily found food at local cafes and grocery stores and transit into the City. The brownstone has been beautifully restored. We were comfortable in all the rooms and soothed by the ambiance.

Even more incredible than the pictures and descriptions. Quiet and peaceful, one of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed in. Would stay here every single time I visit the city. This home is absolutely stunning and the owners were very accommodating! It was a little tricky to be in a high-end space with two young children and a baby (we knew this going into it) but we made it work and our family had such a lovely stay. We hope to rent this home again in the future.

Each room is beautiful. We only used one bedroom and it was so lovely and cozy. It was a delight to cook in the well-appointed and gorgeous kitchen. It’s a quiet street in a lovely neighborhood. The sun is beautiful in the morning. I can’t wait to return.
