Charmant Anaheim Home 1/2 Mile Walk to Disney

Charmante maison rénovée d'Anaheim est à 1/2 mile à pied du tramway Disneyland sur Magic Way. Cette maison de trois chambres et deux salles de bain est parfaite pour une famille. La chambre principale a un lit queen avec en suite. Il y a deux chambres d'enfants avec des lits superposés complets et un accÚs à la salle de bains du hall. Toutes les chambres ont 43 'TV plasma avec cùble.

Cuisine à aire ouverte partielle avec salle familiale et salle à manger. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des armoires à panneaux personnalisés avec des appareils en acier inoxydable: cuisiniÚre / four, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Situé dans le placard de la cuisine est une laveuse et une sécheuse pleine grandeur pour votre usage. Salle à manger pour 6 personnes avec des siÚges supplémentaires au bar de la cuisine. Le salon principal dispose d'une télévision à écran plasma de 51 'avec cùble et lecteur Blu-ray / DVD.

Situé hors de la salle familiale est la salle de jeux dans le garage. Il y a du ping-pong, du hockey sur air et des jouets ainsi que des poussettes, une chaise haute, un pack n 'play et des siÚges d'appoint pour vos nourrissons et tout-petits. Matelas pneumatique queen-size à la maison pour une literie supplémentaire. Belle cour arriÚre avec terrasse en bois, barbecue à gaz naturel et ensemble de jeux pour enfants.

La maison dispose d'un accÚs Internet haut débit sans fil et d'appels nationaux et américains gratuits. Chauffage central et climatisation. Tous les meubles, meubles, etc. sont neufs depuis avril 2012. Belle courte promenade à Disney. La maison a été rénovée à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur.

Depuis le 1er janvier 2017, la ville a réduit le taux d'occupation dans toutes les maisons. Cette maison dort 9 en lits et a une occupation maximale est de 9 à tout moment.

Overall the property has a great location and very comfortable. It could use a little TLC in some areas, but it was a great place to relax after a full day at the parks.

beautiful small home near Disney

Everything was great. We did have some issues with the freezer but they were quick to bring us an alternative. Parking and guest have too many rules for coming over you can only have 9 people in home and only two cars in the driveway.

Family Disney Vacation

My family and I were traveling to Disneyland for our yearly trip. The house is exactly as described, perfect location to Disney about an 8 minute drive to either parking lots but far enough you don’t hear any of the noise, the house is spacious enough that once we were finished with our day we could go into our own rooms but also sit and watch movies if we wanted to, loved that we were offered the butler service and didn’t need to go grocery shopping, they were already there and setup. At check in received a message from the property manager, but no issues came about to where we needed to contact her through out the stay. All In all I would book this property for our next years stay of available.

Very clean and comfortable home within walking distance to Disneyland. Communication with property manager was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway for family of 4. About a ten minute walk to Disney. Didn’t spend much time at house but beds were comfy and a great place to get rest up for next days adventure

Walk to Disney Parks

The house was very clean and comfortable for our group of 6. This is an older house in an established residential neighborhood so you don't get the glitz and glammar of the vacation experience but it was nice to be able to take a quick 15 minute walk to Downtown Disney and access the parks from there.

Stayed in the magic

I was very pleased with this property. The best analogy is to say we walked through turn on the century small town main street, to our vehicle, then directly to a home with simple charm. It felt as if we never left the "Disney Bubble" I loved having my family all together and in a clean, safe, updated yet charming environment.

Awesome spot

The only downside to this property is the squeaky floors... could definitely hear when people woke up to use the restroom. But great spot, great feel... didn't use the games or much of anything there. Worked perfectly for us

Clean and quiet

The house was very clean and the area very quiet despite being close to the highway. One thing I will mention (and this is not the landlord's responsibility but something visitors will need to know) is that for some reason rideshares drop you off the next street over rather than the house. No idea why.

Location is amazing!

SUPER close and conveniently located near Disneyland. If kids were too tired, one of us would walk home while the other parent stayed late with the other kids. Our favorite way to get to and from the park was for Dad to drop us off, then drive home and Uber back for $6! Can't beat that! Like others have said, the flooring in the house is surprisingly loud, but we were all exhausted by bedtime and went to bed at the same time anyway, so wasn't a deal breaker. Backyard was so beautiful and fun for the kids!

Great place, tough communication

This was a great place to stay. House was well equipped and very clean. It worked out perfect for our stay. The communication prior to check in was tough, there were emails with request for payments outside of VRBO, there were other portals with information about the property, I got texts from the management group, over all this created a lot of duplicated information or the need to keep track of 4 or 5 streams of communication to make sure you did everything they asked you to do. I’d prefer a single mode of communication that way I know where to go to get the information I need.

quiet location

The house was quiet and in a good area. We used the home for our Disney trip. It is over a mile walk but he used an Uber one day and it was $8 and worth it. The HVAC system ran constantly and the fan noise was annoying. The system rattled in the back bedroom and it was hard to sleep. The master bed wasn't that comfortable. The Wii and Air hockey didn't work. I messaged the property manager but never got a response back.

A good home base for Disney trip

Our family enjoyed the stay. It had all the things a household would need to function. There was some attention to detail things that I noticed but it was things such as under beds and such was not cleaned and washing machine showed it’s age. Silly little things. They do need a plug for their bathtub. I was sad not to be able to take a bath after a long day on my feet. Oh and the hvac worked but was maybe user issue not 100% sure but there was a lot of fluctuations in overnight temp control.

Nice & Comfortable

My husband and I brought 6 teenagers for a grad trip to Disneyland and the beach! The double over double bunk beds were great at fitting all the teens! The living space and kitchen were spacious and great to hang out in. Check in and out were smooth with no problems and communication was good. Our only word of caution would be that it’s pretty far to walk into the parks. We thought with having all older people it would be a cinch to make the walk back and forth but we soon discovered there isn’t an opening close and it’s a LONG walk to get to downtown Disney. My old feet & the teenagers were so tired and hurting by the time we got back from our first day in the parks that we ubered to and from after that. I don’t think little kids would make the walk back and forth everyday very well. Other than that we enjoyed the stay and the house had everything we needed to rest and relax!

Our Disney Vacation

I would say that over all the location was pretty good. There were just a few things to mention. On the inside, the home was great except that the drain in the 2nd bathroom didn't drain and we had to call you twice to have someone come out and take care of it. The first person who came used Draino, and that didn't work. The second time I guess they had to call in a plumber. That seemed to work. The other issue was that the outdoor play area in the backyard was very dirty, water pooling at the bottom of the slide, lots of spider webs and the over all equipment needed a good cleaning. Sadly my grandson was never able to use it. I know someone came out to clean it, but when I took a look at it the next day, there were still spider webs and dirt on the slide and parts of the jungle gym. I will say that they did come out on a timely manner. The neighborhood was for the most part quiet, except on Friday night, the neighbors kitty corner to us were having a party that ended around midnight. Other than that we were extremely happy.

Perfect location, wish I could give it a 5!

The place is the perfect location for Disneyland. We rode our bikes to the backend of the Downtown Disney entrance where there is a bike rack and an easy walk to the monorail. With a kid as young as 6, it was an easy 7 min bike ride. The location is also very quiet. The house has a well stocked kitchen, easily able to accommodate the 7 of us and the variety of meals we made there. Everything worked, which was also nice. The only reason I cannot give it a 5 is due to the maintenance of the place. The main bathroom tub did not drain well (they did fix it with draino after I mentioned it to them), same as the primary bathroom sink. Floors were very dirty, but the rest of the place was clean. The garage had a great playroom, but since there's no ac in there we couldn't play in it as it was high 80s and suffocating. The toilets made you have to flush 2 or 3 times in order to get all of the #2 flushed. Lastly, the bunks were great to sleep lots of people, but the upper mattresses were rock hard and squeaky likely only young kids would be comfortable sleeping on it. Again, wish I could give it a 5 since it overall was an enjoyable stay, but the maintenance and small details really created a number of headaches for this parent.
