The Space:

Building Notice: Sand & Sea Condos will be undergoing essential exterior structural repairs on select sections of the building January 2026 through January 2027.



Guests may experience visible construction activity and noise during the daytime.



These updates are focused on maintaining the long-term safety and beauty of our oceanfront property — thank you for understanding as we care for this classic Oregon coast landmark.



Please note that construction in the area is currently anticipated to be completed by 1/31/27. Construction activities are expected to pause from 7/1/26–9/8/26. During this period, there may still be visible signs of ongoing building work, and portions of the property surroundings may appear unfinished.



Welcome to your Seaside retreat! This 2-bedroom condo offers partial ocean and beach views, a private balcony, and access to shared amenities like an indoor pool and sauna. Unwind in the cozy living area, complete with a gas fireplace, or venture out to nearby attractions such as the Seaside Aquarium and Arcadia Beach State Recreation Area.



Condo features include:

-Floor-to-ceiling windows in the open living area

-Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances

-Balcony with partial ocean views and outdoor seating

-Two furnished bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two twin beds. Soft linens provided.

-Two spacious bathrooms

-In-unit washer and dryer

-Gas fireplace in the living area

-Comfortable fold-out couch for extra guests



Guest Access:

- Starting June 1, 2026, through January 15, 2027, only one parking pass will be issued per reservation due to limited parking availability.

- Covered garage guest parking is reserved only for guests displaying a valid handicap placard. All other guests are required to park in the lot across from Sand & Sea.

- Guests may continue to use the loading zone across from the office upon arrival to unload their vehicles but must move and park in the designated lot across the street afterward.

-Two elevators and stairwells for easy access

-Simple check-in and check-out at the front desk

- Visit the end of the Lewis & Clark Trail just a 4 minute stroll down the Promenade right out front of the building

- Easy walking distance to local attractions and activities, including the Seaside Aquarium (0.4 miles or 7 minute walk), bike and beach rentals and salt water taffy

- The Seaside Carousel (0.2 miles a 5 minute walk)

- The Seaside Convention Center is jus 0.4 miles away or a 9 minute walk

- Seaside history with the Lewis and Clark Salt Works just a half mile away

- Visit other coastal towns with Cannon Beach just 9 miles away, Astoria 17 miles and Fort Steven's history 14 miles away

-The Sand & Sea Condo building will be undergoing construction between Mid January and Mid August. Expect construction noise during the day.

-No air conditioning, but enjoy the cool ocean breeze

-Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

-Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

-Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or anywhere on the property, including cigarettes, marijuana/cannabis, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, and other smoking substances. A $250 fine will be charged for any violation of this policy.

-This home is not pet friendly and unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fine.

-Guests must be 21 or older to book

-Damage waiver fee covers accidental damage

-Pets are not permitted at this home and a fee of $500 may apply.

-Commercial activity including filming are not permitted.

Once you arrive at Sand & Sea, park in the designated guest areas. You likely won’t need your car during your stay as you can easily walk to the Promenade, beach, and downtown Seaside. However, a car is recommended for exploring nearby coastal attractions.
