Our spacious luxury four bed villa is ideally situated for Parks, shops and restaurants, set in peaceful lake side surroundings of Hampton Lakes enabling you to unwind at the end of a busy day. The Recently remodelled large pool deck area and covered Lania makes this is an ideal all year round holiday location in the sunshine state of Orlando.
Fully air-conditioned four bed 2 bath villa, benefiting from Queen master bed with en-suite, second double bed and 2 further twin rooms. Recently refurbished with many new fittings. Large family Room,complete with Large screen LCD TV DVD player Hi-fi . All bedrooms with Flat LCD Cable TV, TV game in one Twin room, & Playstation 2. Dining room, telephone with free local/National calls,Free Internet access. Recently updated Great family games room with Pool table, foozball table, airhockey, darts, cable colour TV and sofa to relax and have fun. We also supply Tennis Rackets and balls so you can play at the communal Tennis Courts, there is also Basketball , and Volleyball courts for those who enjoy playing We personally consider the Villa to be 'Our home from home' & invite you to share in this and make it yours also.

No Pets allowed.

Bookings should normally commence on a Saturday to Saturday basis, however we are willing to enter into bookings with alternative arrival and departure days subject to availability, we reserve the right to adjust Pricing, to cover any loss in revenue.

* Pool heat is available at an additional charge and can be added up to 24hrs prior to your holiday commencing

Golf: With over 80 courses catering for all abilities , duffers and low handicappers can play courses designed by famous golf architects like Jack Nicklaus. Some of the area courses include: Champions Gate - 8 minutes, Highlands Reserve - 5 minutes, Legends at Orange Lake - 7 minutes.

Helicopter rides: Why not take an aerial view of the Disney area by taking a helicopter rides, there are a number of options just down on the 192, or why not book an early morning hot air balloon .

Ken’s home is a perfect house to rent. Quiet place and had everything we needed on HWY 27. I would definitely stay there again

Great Place to Stay for the Price

My family and I chose this place over a number of others in the Orlando area on our Disney vacation, and were so happy we did. The house was well within driving distance to Disney and Universal Studio parks, and it was so nice to have someplace quiet and comfortable to come back to each day. The pool was great for the kids, and we loved all the space for all of us.

Great Stay

The Villa was as described, very comfortable and quiet. Full of useful utensils, towels and generally well stocked. The games room was a particular highlight for the kids and the pool was ample. All in all we had a great stay and more importantly it was easy to use as a base for our trip and clean. Thank you

One of the best I have ever stayed at!

The attention to detail on the part of the owner and their team was superb. They had every detail listed from how to get into the house to how to check out. They even provided a binder of Information regarding things to do, places to eat, grocery stores, etc in the area. One of the cleanest places I have ever stayed! I highly highly recommend this place!!!!

Amazing Villa Near Disney With Private Pool!

This villa was absolutely incredible! The pool area has comfortable furniture and water heat worked great for an early March stay. Kids loved it!! The garage has so many activities it entertained the kids for hours, especially the air hockey table. Rental was extremely clean and in a quiet neighborhood. And just around the corner from Disney!!

Great place to relax and enjoy yourself with family and friends

Starting with the communication with ken the owner was amazing very helpful quick response. The villa was everything and more then expected clean, roomy nice neighborhood. The pool was great, especially with the view. All essentials are very close by, and I can’t wait to book it again. Thank you.

Clean and well maintained, in a lovely location with everything we could need.

This is a lovely bright and clean villa in an excellent location. We really enjoyed our stay and the home had everything we needed and more. The games room also proved a great addition during a wet and thundery evening indoors. Ken and Carol were excellent, giving us lots of tips and ensuring we were happy with everything. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa to others and hope to stay again ourselves in the future.

Fantastic Host and Villa

We have stayed at a few Villas in Davenport over the years but this was by far the best of the lot. Lovely layout, well maintained and everything you need. On arrival our host contacted us to see if everything was ok, very nice touch. Villa was in a good position to visit all the parks. This was our first visit during September and we really enjoyed it, a little quieter in the parks. Would go back again in the future.

Relaxing Vacaction

We really enjoyed our stay at Bailey's Circle. Home was clean and inviting. We didn't have the pool heated, but probably should have for you are never guaranteed hot weather in FL. But we really enjoyed our stay at this home. Ken the owner, was amazing to work with.

Great villa, great communication!

Clean and comfortable, nice quiet community, everything as advertised, Owner is very fast to respond and helpful every time. They have put alot of thought and care into renting the villa, instruction binder and signs throughout. Would 100% stay here again. Thanks :)

This home was just right for us. Adult children and small grandchildren had a great time enjoying the pool and the location to many areas was right in the middle. Had everything we needed in the home. Had a Great time all around. And Fireworks every where were amazing for New Years Eve !! 🥳🎉🎆🎇

We have owned our Villa for Over 20 years, we made our purchase after being badly let down on one Occassion where, we were left having to find a new villa for our stay, and stay in a hotel for one night. We said we would never want anyone to go through that kind of experience so we do everything we can to ensure our guests receive everything exactly as it is described.
We are fortunate that we have guests that return time and time again, and we love to hear how magical holidays and Vacations have been for our guests.
