Bienvenue à vos vacances de rêve Petoskey! Ce condo est situé à seulement 1 pâté de maisons au sud de l'entrée de Petoskey State Park. Situé à l'arrière du développement avec une dune de sable couverte d'arbres juste à l'extérieur de votre porte arrière. Asseyez-vous sur le pont arrière et profitez de la beauté de la nature tout en cuisinant un repas gastronomique sur le grill, tout en dégustant une bière de Petoskey Brewing à quelques pas au sud. Ou un verre de vin de la vaste sélection du marché Toski Sands juste en face (ils ont aussi la plus grande sélection de bière de Petoskey.) Nous avons un magnifique porche couvert pour votre café et pâtisserie du matin de la célèbre boulangerie Johan’s. Si vous cherchez une soirée spectaculaire, essayez Vernale à seulement ¼ de mile au nord. Et pour couronner le tout, nous sommes l'un des
quelques unités à ce prix pour avoir CENTRAL AIR.

Si vous aimez le plein air, nous avons tout ce que le nord du Michigan a à offrir, à commencer par la plage de Petoskey State Park. Vous pouvez y aller directement par la porte arrière. Si vous aimez faire du vélo, le Little Traverse Wheel Way est juste devant. Vous pouvez monter du condo au sud jusqu'à Charlevoix ou au nord jusqu'à Harbor Springs. Le parc Bear River Whitewater est en plein centre-ville, assurez-vous de prendre des leçons. Apportez vos vélos de montagne et parcourez les nombreux sentiers de Boyne et de Boyne Highlands, vous pouvez même prendre le télésiège et descendre les sentiers pour débutants. Golf, golf et plus de golf! Et bien plus!

Pour ceux d'entre vous qui préfèrent faire de l'exercice en marchant lors de leurs achats, vous pouvez vous rendre à Harbor Springs, The Gas Light District au centre-ville de Petoskey ou vous rendre à l'incroyable Harbor District de Charlevoix. Vous pouvez trouver tout ce que votre cœur désire en marchant et en faisant de l'exercice!

Lorsque vous revenez enfin au condo, profitez de notre lit king-size dans la chambre principale tandis que les enfants se reposent dans le lit double de la deuxième chambre avec un lit gigogne. Nous avons une grande télévision à écran plat, Internet sans fil et un lecteur DVD. Une sélection de films familiaux et de nombreux jeux également.

C'est le lieu de vacances idéal pour les couples, les familles, les golfeurs et les retraités. Ne manquez pas non plus la tournée des couleurs d'automne!

We planned to do various activities and this was a great location to come and go from. Walking distance into the State park for sunsets was a plus.

Sisters getaway

My sister and I stayed here for 3 nights. Great location nestled between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Enjoyed going to wineries in Petoskey, spent a day on Mackinaw Island, and enjoyed a little shopping in neighboring towns. Condo is right next to Petoskey State Park so enjoyed walking over to the beach as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay at this condo

Perfect location for touring the area. Very clean condo- well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room and bed room. The proximity to the state park is wonderful. It is also in a lovely, quiet area- and close to good restaurants and grocery stores.

Petoskey Perfect

This is truly a treasure of a place and our family enjoyed our stay in every way. It is cozy, clean, and we felt right at home! We enjoyed days at the Petoskey State Park, took a day trip to Mackinac Island, and enjoyed downtown Petoskey. The location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!!

Just perfect!

This condo was perfect in every way! It is clean and comfortable (great beds and pillows!) and a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Petoskey State Park is within easy walking distance! I would absolutely recommend it!

What a lovely condo! The location is absolutely perfect for being centrally located to charlevoix, Petoskey, mackinaw city and harbor springs. The condo has been remodeled recently and is gorgeous! The owners have thought of everything!!!

Great location, property recently updated. Clean and well appointed. Only issue we had was 2 couples and second bedroom bed was a full size with pull out on the floor. Not easy for 60+adults. But loved our stay there.

Awesome location

These condos are an awesome location to the state park. It’s right on the bike path and no far from several shops and restaurants. We prefer renting a condo to have a little more space and to be in a less crowded area. The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We have plans to return in the fall. Thank you Street family for sharing your vacation home.

Amazing place to stay with a family

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect- right next to the state park and a close drive to everything. It was nice and quiet, and the perfect size for us and our two kids. There is even a beautiful view of a hill and trees out the back. The owner went above and beyond to help us when we had a family issue come up that effected our stay. The rental was very clean, newly updated and had very comfortable furniture. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. We will stay again next time we come to Petoskey!

Great Location, Updated Condo - Petoskey is Incredible!

As advertised, recently updated this condo feels brand new. We liked the separate bedrooms upstairs with full baths. Close to Traverse Wheelway, we biked almost everywhere. Also, an amazing beach in Petoskey State Park is a 3 minute bike directly behind. Perfect for our family vacation. The Petoskey area has it all! Absolutely loved it.

We are an outdoor family, we love to hike, bike, swim, kayak/canoe, and everything winter. I coach high school ski racing and love the Petoskey Area. That's why most weekends are booked in the winter. But summer is open to guests.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love Northwest Michigan. We are here at least 8 weekends every winter coaching ski racing or skiing with friends. We had been looking at the Bathing Beach Condominiums for more than 5 years waiting for the right one to come along. We finally pulled the trigger in 2015. Now being able to walk to the beach and see the best sunsets in Michigan is a true blessing and we can't wait to take advantage of that.

My wife and I grew up in Southern Michigan and our favorite childhood memories relate to skiing and the beach. Having the beach so close to this condo we are hoping our grand children have some of those same kind of memories. In fact one of my favorite vacations was to a cottage (now a condo) just across the street from Bathing Beach. It was a winter vacation, with lots of skiing, sledding and cross country skiing in the Petoskey State Park. My wife's family had a cottage in Ontario right on the water and she spent all of her summers at the beach. As you can tell I love winter, she loves summer. Opposites do attract!

We are empty nesters now and have a lot more time to enjoy a weekend get-a-way. As we near retirement we will definitely be able to take advantage of the condo more.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The main benefit to this unit is it's proximity to all Northwest Michigan has to offer. From skiing and snowmobiling in the winter to biking, boating and swimming in the summer and everything in between. The condo is completely furnished with everything you would expect in your own home. All you need to bring are the toys you intend to use, toiletries, beach towels and chairs and food. Oh yeah and your bathing suit! And we have A/C!
