Cottonwood Canyon Farm features 2 fully remodeled luxurious & comfortable homes on a lusciously landscaped Farm Estate with a heated seasonal swimming pool (*Pool is open from Memorial Day weekend until October 15th), cozy fire pit, outdoor dining, and is just 15 minutes from Downtown Walla Walla. This is truly a special place for families & friends to gather in the heart of Walla Walla wine country with plenty of room for up to 16 guests to enjoy a harmonious blend of outdoor & indoor living. Both homes are always rented together and is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.

The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of a 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds and owls!

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.

• Two spacious, fully remodeled historic homes (The Farmhouse and Cookhouse), always rented together for ultimate guest privacy.
• Accommodations for up to 16 maximum guests: Guest total includes adults, children and infants.
• The Farmhouse includes: 5 bedrooms (4 Kings, 1 Queen) along with 4 1/2 bathrooms (3 bathrooms are Ensuite)
• The Cookhouse includes 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) along with 2 bathrooms (1 Ensuite)
• Both homes include fully stocked kitchens.
• Both homes have plenty of room for lounging, watching TV.
• Enterprise-grade high-speed WiFi both indoors & outdoors, throughout the property.

Cottonwood Canyon Farm has been a popular VRBO home for the past 5 years, and has recently changed property management. This is the new listing, accepting reservations from October 1, 2024, into the future.

Guests provided with electronic key code the day of check-in to enter each home upon arrival.

Maximum guest capacity is 16, includes adults, children and infants.

No pets allowed on the property.

No parties, gatherings or events allowed on the property, including weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Great Property - Plan to Visit Again

The property was fantastic! Everything was clean and comfortable. They could have skimped on some details, but they did not. Often beds at rentals are uncomfortable and the kitchen isn’t fully outfitted. That was not the case with this property. All the details were taken care of and we had a great time. We would love to book this venue again!

Moms Wine Weekend in Walla Walla

We enjoyed every lovely minute of our stay at Cottonwood Canyon Ranch! Spectacular home in the most beautiful country setting but only 15 minutes from downtown Walla Walla and wineries. The home was impeccably clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bedding was very comfortable. Our group plans to return!

Amazing location and house

The property is very well kept and we were extremely impressed with how nice everything at the house was. With 9 adults and six kids everyone had their own space to be comfortable. Large bedrooms with plenty of space to accommodate our travel cribs. We brought our own high chairs and infant bath tub. Kids loved the space with glow in the dark legos. The kitchen was very well equipped and cookware was in good condition, and pantry was well stocked with spices, salt and pepper, etc. Appreciated the large mixing bowls and stock pot when cooking for a crowd. We cooked several meals in the kitchen, and also used the grill. During our stay, the firepit was not working. The pool was great, everyone enjoyed swimming. And we enjoyed seeing the turkeys and deer running through the yard. The perfect place to have some family time together. We are definitely planning on coming back again!

Spectacular stay for Family Reunion

13 of us gathered at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm for a family reunion and could not have had a better time!! The property is exactly as described and pictured. The setting is idyllic and perfect for a large gathering of friends or family. There is plenty of space to spread out and have time away, but also great areas to congregate and be together. This is the first time we stayed at a property where we could all sit at one table and eat a meal together! Such a treat! We already have plans to return again! Thank you so much for your hospitality and gracious accommodations!

Outstanding venue

We used Cotton Wood Canyon Farm as our base for our wedding at a local winery. Perfect for our family. House is special. Cookhouse was perfect for the kid crew. HOT weekend and the pool received appropriate use. Will book again!

Everything we hoped for!

First, Terri was super responsive and easy to work with! The home itself is an absolutely beautiful farm house! This was a wine tasting trip for our adult kids (along with one 6 month old) that we gifted them with at Christmas. We always have a hard time finding a place large enough to accommodate our blended family, but between the main house (5 large bedrooms with most having their own bathroom) and the cookhouse (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms), we were able to spread out and be plenty comfortable! Though it is a bit remote, it is just a 10-15 min drive to downtown Walla Walla. We actually loved the location plus the privacy of the property. We spent all our evenings sitting out at the large outdoor table and around the fire pit. Besides the abundance of deer, a few members of our group actually spotted a black bear. Also, the kitchen is fully stocked and we are a family of cooks! We are definitely planning on coming back and enjoying this beautiful home, and lovely Walla Wall! Thank you!!

Loved it in Wine Country

Great place and would come back again. There were 16 of us and we ate every meal outside under the awning. Very nice grounds with lots of privacy for lawn games. In the heat the pool was a huge plus. Exceeded all of our expectations.

Perfect getaway!

We are a large group of friends who gather annually in June for golf and selected this home as each couple wants their own bathroom and this was the largest home that could accommodate the most couples in the Walla Walla area. On our last night, we all agreed, this was the best house yet and we hope to return in 2024!

Perfection

We were a group of four families and a bunch of kids ranging from 10 months to 10 years old. The grounds are stunning, and there was so much to do for the kids - playing games on the lawn, enjoying the pool, exploring the creek. Adults enjoyed themselves too around the fire pit after the kids were asleep. Would 100% stay here again!

Great Spring Release weekend

We had a wonderful time on the farm. This was our largest group yet (12 people) and everyone enjoyed themselves. We finally got some nice weather this year, so we were able to spend time on the back patio and sitting around the pool. Hope to be back next year!

Cottonwood Canyon Farm - AMAZING!

Our stay at the Cottonwood Canyon Farm was booked to celebrate a 40th birthday with close friends. Our stay and the property was absolutely amazing in every way. Property is beautiful and the house was very clean will all amenities needed to accommodate our stay. We utilized the pool which was a perfect addition to the weekend as well as the fire pit. Property manager Terri was extremely helpful, very courteous and a joy to work with from the booking to the end of our trip. Terri had great recommendations to local wineries and the great town of Walla Walla. This will be a repeat stay and we very much look forward to our next booking at Cottonwood Canyon Farm.
