Both homes are always rented together and is a treasured family property meant to be enjoyed responsibly by respectable guests.

The property is located in a beautiful rural, country setting and part of a 250 acre active farm. Guests can enjoy frequent wildlife sightings including: Deer, wild turkeys, birds and owls!

Enjoy picturesque views of The Blue Mountains & farmland surrounding the property, all the while being 5-10 minutes away from Southside wineries.

• Full property rental includes two spacious, fully remodeled historic homes (known as: The Farmhouse & The Cookhouse), rented together during peak season for ultimate guest privacy.
• The Farmhouse (5 bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms) is available at a special off-season rate during the months of November thru March & can accommodate up to 10 guests. (Holiday and special event weekends are excluded). ***send inquiry for this special pricing***
• Full property can accommodate up to 16 maximum guests: Guest total includes adults, children and infants.
• The Farmhouse includes: 5 bedrooms (4 Kings, 1 Queen) along with 4 1/2 bathrooms (3 bathrooms are Ensuite)
• The Cookhouse includes 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens) along with 2 bathrooms (1 Ensuite)
• Both homes include fully stocked kitchens for preparing and cooking meals at home.
• Both homes have plenty of room for lounging, watching TV.
• Enterprise-grade high-speed WiFi both indoors & outdoors, throughout the property.
• Flat screen (Smart) TVs (connect to your app accounts such as Netflix, Hulu, etc).

Cottonwood Canyon Farm has been a popular vacation rental home for the past 5 years, and changed property management in the Fall of 2024. This is the new listing, accepting reservations from October 1, 2024, into the future.

Guests provided with electronic key code the day of check-in to enter each home upon arrival.

Maximum guest capacity is 16, includes adults, children and infants.

No pets allowed on the property.

No parties, gatherings or events allowed on the property, including weddings, bachelor and bachelorette parties.

Signed Guest Renter Agreement required for all bookings.

No fireworks or sparklers allowed on the property, at any time of the year.

This vacation rental home is managed locally by Tracy at Arrow Haven Vacation Rentals of Walla Walla and is available 24/7 during your stay. Additionally, as a Preferred Host, we partner with Stripe to process reservation credit card payments. The merchant of record will show "Cottonwood Cyn Farm" on your credit card statement.
