This newly remodeled farmhouse boasts so much space for the whole gang! Lots of room for memories to be made.

A gorgeous kitchen with quartz counters, dual oven, a surface stove on a large island, all your necessities for preparing your meals. This opens right up to the dining and living room area, making a very large common area to socialize with loved ones. A high chair is also provided for little ones.

Take your meal to the wrap around deck where there is plenty of outdoor seating that is covered to protect you from the weather. A bbq is also available to grill up your favorite cuts of steak. Don’t like the view from one side of the deck? Move to another side as this deck literally wraps around the whole property! You can go for a walk or jog on a rainy day but on the covered deck you can stay dry.

The master bedroom is so spacious it has its own living room! It consists of a King bed and a trundle bed with 2 twins. It also has a walk in closet with an iron and ironing board.

The master bath is spacious and the shower is decorated with beautiful quartz tile. In fact all 3 bathrooms have newly remodeled quartz-tiled shower/baths.

Walk upstairs and you will find identical bedrooms on each side with a sitting area and a bathroom in between. Each bedroom is furnished with 2 queen beds, closet space and a small balcony. One bedroom is equipped with a crib while the other has a toddler bed if needed.

Walk down to the the lowest of the 3 levels and you will be greeted with small bar with a mini fridge. This opens up to a game room containing a large pool table. Adjacent to the game room is the theater room. This has 2 levels of reclining leather seats so you can watch your favorite movies in comfort and style.

There is a utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel.

The back yard is open and level so you can throw a frisbee or baseball or football around.

You will definitely feel comfortable and at home during your stay at the Fancy Farmhouse. Pets allowed for a $150 fee.
