1. Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note, if we find evidence of an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and guests will be charged a $400 non-refundable fine. This is also grounds for immediate removal of the guests from the home.

2. No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $200.00 / per day.

3. Note, we do have a security camera at the home and it is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. It is facing the exterior of the home. There are no cameras inside the home.

4. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

5. Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.

6. We provide complimentary 24/7 communication to ensure that your stay exceeds your expectations! Please feel free to reach out to us day or night and we will provide you with a swift response!

7. There are NO LONG CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS! We want for you to be able to fully enjoy every minute of your stay at the cabin!

Very Comfortable and Cozy

My husband and my adult daughters were there to visit the PA Grand Canyon and this was a very comfortable and cozy home. Very clean and had everything we needed. Good communication with the owner the entire time. Definitely recommend to stay here. A very nice family getaway.

Beautiful views, clean and spacious

This property worked out very well for our family of 10. The property had plenty of space, more than enough towels, blankets and kitchen and bath items provided. Our favorite part - the privacy of the property, the abundance of land and the views. The views of the mountains were the cherry on top of this getaway.

Great home and great host!

I had many questions about the property prior to my stay and the host answered all of them quickly. Additionally, the home and the location of the home were phenomenal ans provided a very relaxing stay. One quick note is that the driveway is initially hard to find, so keep a lookout for it.

Everything We Were Looking For

An older home with some very nice facelifts, very clean, with plenty of extras and so close to PA Grand Canyon...Loved the property! The property manager was very helpul and quick to respond when the hot water heater pilot light was out. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Wedding Weekend Stay

This space worked perfectly for a group of friends in town for a wedding. The house was easy to find and plenty of parking for everyone. There were some moths and centipedes in the house, but slightly expected that with the location you were at. Overall a beautiful house and perfect for our group.

Great, private getaway near Wellsboro and the Grand Canyon of PA!

We stayed at the Misty Mountain Cottage during our annual family getaway between Christmas and New Years. The house was spacious, with tons of land, a fire pit, and a great covered area outside. It's close to Wellsboro and a short drive to Pine Creek Gorge (aka the Grand Canyon of PA). It comes fully stocked with kitchen supplies, so you can cook and grill your meals as needed. Highly recommended from all of us!

Perseids viewing

This house was a good choice and more or less very accurately described in the listing. I would say that the kitchen, living room and huge upstairs bathroom exceeded expectation in terms of space and comfort. Lovely linens were supplied and the mattresses in in the bedrooms were of very high quality. We visited in the immediate aftermath of hurricane Debby so unfortunately were not able to take advantage of the lovely pavilion, firepit and Marsh creek which were well above flood stage. Luckily the house itself is built on very high ground so we did not have to evacuate or cancel. Be aware of the house's proximity to Route 6 and its traffic level, especially if you are a light sleeper.

Owner Thought of Everything

It was nice to have everything we needed provided at our stay including: toothbrushes and toothpaste, shampoo, plates and cookware, sandwich bags, bed sheets and towels etc. Relaxing backyard with a nice view. There is a gazebo with a fire pit that we used to make smore's. Bring your cornhole and backyard games and enjoy! Very clean!

Paradise Interrupted

good views, beaver and some small mouth in the creek out back but serenity gets interrupted every 15 minutes with noisy water trucks speeding up and down the 6. regular cars go by without much noise, but those things get annoying. people need to make a living but be prepared if sleeping upstairs because it starts in the wee hours and goes late into the night. pool table and air hockey are unusable unless you appreciate the challenge of playing on a crooked surface but nice table upstairs for cards and nice pavilion for eating outside. ac doesn't work so great if going in the heat of the summer. beds are adequate but recommend bringing your own sheets or sleeping bag. convenient location for hiking and fishing. not terrible but if you're trying to escape the noise of a more Urban area, this is not the place

Convenient and comfortable!

The property is very nicely decorated and offers many extras to make the stay comfortable: coffee, light snacks, firewood, plenty of bedding and towels, great kitchen utensils, etc. We really enjoyed the outdoor space, including the fire pit and the creek access. Some slight disadvantages are the location on the highway (the truck traffic is especially loud) and some broken items (one of the few chairs around the fire pit and the air hockey table, most notably). On the other hand, the house is only a short drive from downtown Wellsboro, which has lots of great restaurants, and the parks that offer great views of the Canyon. Overall, I would highly recommend this rental.

I'm a husband and father to 3 incredible little boys. My all time favorite things to do, would have to be golf, exploring a downtown area, or relaxing all day on a beach. I love brainstorming with like-minded entrepeneurs who are enthusiastic about new opportunities, just like me. I like to make things happen! Which is why I love what I do.

Currently, I am helping homeowners from across the country manage there Vacation Rentals and welcome guests into their 2nd homes through our company called BNB Breeze. We are a hands-on short term rental management company and mostly handle Airbnb listings and the logistical work that goes into managing these properties. Showcasing these properties to look their best and bring in higher returns for investors is just a small part of what I do. Currently managing properties in 13 different states.

I'm excited to say that the company has grown to include many team members! Heather, Aj, and Barb are all working full-time to help BNBbreeze maintain all of the beautiful properties we manage. Additional part-time team members help round out our entire business. Working with with these folks is part of what makes this job so fun:)
