We are Matt and Paige, a Texas girl and northern guy who have escaped to beautiful New Smyrna Beach, where we live full time. We love living the beach life and spend a lot of time out on the water as part of a local boat club. When we are not at the beach, Matt works as a Full time Realtor in the local area and Paige is a Project Manager for a national company. This is our first rental and we love sharing our beach town with other people. We meet so many people from all walks of life. If you have any questions or need suggestions of what to do on your stay just ask. We hope you enjoy your stay!

For those seeking eateries, shopping or nightlife, a quick Uber ride will take you to the lively Canal Street or Flagler Avenue. Just a short walk to Chases on the Beach, So Napa and Izzy's Tacos.
