Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
This part of Waco is extremely special. It's nestled between Magnolia/The Silos, Baylor University, & Downtown Waco (including the Riverwalk, new basketball arena, etc.). So there's always something to do for virtually anyone.

This house was featured on Fixer Upper Season 3 Episode 15. It was built by Chip & Joanna Gaines and is an unique stay for any Magnolia fans. A few highlights:
- Original 1920's shotgun house was moved on a custom trailer to this lot and remodeled while keeping a lot of the original touches
- Custom ladder on pulley system that opens up to loft
- Pieces of the original house/items that were featured on the episode are part of the house
- The original brick foundation from the house was moved and set up as a the outdoor firepit patio
- And so much more...
