Important Property Notes
Please review the following before booking:

❗️The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only

❗️There are 2 reserved parking spaces only

❗️Any additional parking must be arranged off site at the guest’s expense

❗️No charging of electric vehicles or golf carts is allowed on the property

❗️No boat storage is allowed on the property

❗️Docks may be used for fishing and kayak launching only

❗️Boat slips are privately owned and not available for guest use.

❗️ Use of any private slip or docking motorized watercraft may result in immediate removal from the property without refund

❗️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. If there is any evidence of smoking, a $500 fee will be charged for odor removal and additional cleaning.

Pet Policy

🐾 We welcome 1 dog under 30 lbs.

🐾 $200 pet fee applies

🐾 Any pet-related damage will be charged through VRBO

Security
For guest and property security, there is a doorbell camera located outside the front entry door. Tampering with, disconnecting, or obstructing the camera may result in removal from the rental.
