The condo was very nice and clean. Nice view of the ocean and pool. Would highly recommend.The golf cart was awesome, made the stay even better. Excellent communication with the owners.

The condo was just as pictured. The golf cart was def appreciated. It allowed for easy transportation around the resort. It worked great for our family of four. There was no lifeguard on the beach at this condo, just FYI.

Beautiful Condo!

This was a memorable vacation for the whole family. Our stay at this condo was exceptional! New and spotless. The hosts were friendly & easy to work with and quick to respond. The golf cart was a gem, offering the freedom to explore the area with ease. It genuinely turned out to be one of the best stays we've ever had

Beautiful Sandestin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been vacationing in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort for 30+ years and our unit was beautifully upgraded and decor was perfect! Our only complaint was the elevators stopped working on our first day and we walked down 12 flights of stairs, we are 68 and 67 (adult son with us), our check out day only one elevator was working so delayed our departure time. Please address shower in master and guest tub drains seem to need cleaning out, thank you!

Beautiful unit with a disappointing golf cart

The condo was beautiful and well unkept. Very responsive management office, but the condo hosts entirely ignored all of my messages. As soon as entering, our shower was clogged and not draining. They came the next day to repair. The toaster had a missing wire that sparked and set off the smoke alarm. Called the office and they brought a new toaster over the following day. We noticed other golf carts and cars were going around us due to the slow speed of the golf cart. There were several near accidents due to this. Our speed maxed out at 13mph (the speed limit was 20mph!), which posed some serious safety concerns on the road. I called the office and they confirmed the golf cart was turned down but they could not change it because they would have to take the cart to the repair shop. Overall I will NOT be returning to this property.

Good day Jessica, we do provide 24 hour service via call and text that we inform guest prior to arrival. We are happy to hear that we were able to rectify those items for you as quickly as possible. In regards to the golf cart, the cart does have multiple settings and can go faster, we apologize if that was not relayed correctly. The resort does have strict speed restrictions so it should have no resulted in feeling unsafe. We would love the opportunity to have you stay again and experience the unit like all other guest!
