Please do not set the A/C below 74°F. This may cause the A/C to freeze up. If this happens, you will be charged the service fee.

When bringing pets that shed, please be advised that any additional cleaning due to pet hair or damages will be charged separately. Ensure pets are kept off furniture and beds.

Please report any issues or damages within 3 hours of check-in. This helps us address any problems promptly.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, you will be charged the full cost of removing stains or odors.

Parties and events are allowed upon request and must be approved in advance. Unauthorized parties or events will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine.

Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins. Do not leave trash outside, as it may attract wildlife.
Parking:

Park only in designated parking areas. Do not block other homes driveways or park on the lawn.

Do not remove household items from the property. Missing items will be charged to your account.

Please keep the property clean and tidy. Wash dishes before checkout and leave used towels in the bathroom.

If using the BBQ grill, please clean it after use. A fee will be charged for uncleaned grills left unreasonably messy

Do not rearrange the furniture. If furniture is moved, please return it to its original location before checkout.

Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Items like wipes, sanitary products, and paper towels can cause damage to the septic system and will result in a repair fee.
