Cette belle maison dispose de quatre (4) Chambres avec un film Chambre / Salle de jeux, deux espaces de vie, et deux (2) salles à manger, ou formelle Salon / salle à manger peut être utilisé juste pour manger.

La Massive Family Room est parfait pour la collecte avec des amis ou la famille lors de vos rencontres annuelles. Il dispose d'un romantique coin cheminée, pour vous garder confortable dans les mois les plus froids, et 3 fenêtres qui donnent sur la cour arrière, qui a belle rose Crêpe Myrtle Trees, en alignant la clôture de la cour arrière. Ils produisent tout à fait un beau spectacle floral pendant les mois d'été et d'automne.

L'entrée dispose la salle à manger parfaite, pour la collecte d'un grand dîner, avec tout le monde à une table. Cela crée l'atmosphère idéale pour photographier tout le monde que vous créer des souvenirs pour toute une vie. La salle à manger peut également être utilisé comme un lieu de rassemblement pour jouer à des jeux de société ou jeux de cartes avec le groupe que vous voyagez avec. J'ai fourni une nappe, pour couvrir la table en bois, pour de telles occasions. Natural Wood est moins indulgent des rayures et des rayures, de façon à garantir que chaque client est en mesure de profiter de la beauté du bois véritable, dans toute la maison, nous demandons qu'il soit protégé avec des nappes, napperons, et des montagnes, au besoin.


La Suite Master dispose d'une grande chambre, avec un lit King Size et un bain et une douche. Il est situé à l'arrière de la maison, pour supplémentaire ajouté la vie privée.

La deuxième chambre a un lit Queen Size.

La troisième chambre a un Full Size Bed.

La quatrième chambre a deux lits jumeaux.

Il y a un plein Invité bain à l'étage et un bain d'eau en bas.

Il y a une salle entièrement équipée de blanchisserie, d'une laveuse et sécheuse LG, pour ceux qui séjournent plus d'une journée, et peut avoir accès à une laverie.

Il y a une manger dans la cuisine, avec salle pour recueillir et faire cuire et divertir ensemble. Il y a aussi un ensemble de patio sur la terrasse arrière, pour ceux qui aiment une bonne tasse de café ou de thé, tandis que les oiseaux sérénade eux, dans la matinée. Il y a aussi un foyer, pour laquelle nous fournissons un bloc gratuit de bois, pour chaque invité.

Cette propriété est à moins de deux miles du Round Rock Outlet Mall, Ikea, Ross, JC Penney, H. E.B. Épicerie, TGIF et beaucoup d'autres entreprises et restaurants.

Alors que nous pensons que ce qui est déjà une belle maison, nous sommes en permanence dans les étapes d'amélioration. J'étais dans le domaine d'assurance qualité pour 20 ans, donc je crois en avoir la qualité actuelle correspond au prix actuel. Nous avons assoupli le tarif de location jusqu'à ce que nous sommes en mesure de remplacer le tapis au deuxième étage, avec du bois ou un sol carrelé. Assurez-vous donc de profiter de la réduction des coûts, en réservant à l'avance, pour verrouiller les taux inférieurs.

A perfect place for our family reunion

We were all impressed with Mattie's house. We especially loved the backyard with the smoker, grill, and fire pit. The children had a great time, too. The house had the perfect amount of space for all of us to be together.

The home was lovely and comfortable

This property has a terrific proximity with regard to the airport and area happenings. Well stocked with many unique kitchen appliances, as well as a full array of cleaning supplies. We appreciated the communication with the owner and her dedication to our successful vacation retreat. I would definitely book again.

Beautiful Home

We enjoyed our stay and the MBA house so much! It was perfect for our visit with family. The house is beautifully decorated, and very well stocked, especially the kitchen. This made meals such a joy. The back yard space was better than I had even hoped and was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the spring weather. The host was very good at checking on us, and had great communication. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Home in Great location

The house had everything we needed and more, no issues and owner was quick to reply to messages... What more could you ask for. TV's everywhere, dual computers, lots of extra kitchen appliances, amazing patio with blue tooth speaker and grill, smoker, firepit...etc... centrally located in nice neighborhood with security cameras in back, front and garage just in case.

Very nice, and welcoming.

The overall stay we had was great. The house is beautiful, and welcoming. The house was stocked with everything we would need. The only criticism that I have is when we first arrived I knew that the code was the last 4 numbers of my phone number, but i didn't realize you had to press pound first and star after. So we couldn't get in for about half an hour. And I couldn't get a hold of Mattie. Once we got in everything was wonderful.

Hello Angie. I first want to apologize again, that you had to wait, to receive the final part of the door entry code. I try to do everything in advance, to ensure that my guests have a pleasant experience. It is normally a very smooth process when my guests are able to share their expected time of arrival. When I know what time my guests will arrive, I can work around any issues, to ensure immediate availability during the check in process. The information that you have shared (regarding the asterisk) is actually one of my layers of security, during the check in process. While I share the access code, I wait until the guest has arrived to share the final access information. This allows my guests the convenience of checking in at any time, without waiting for me to meet them with the key. When I receive a call, from the phone number listed on the booking, asking for the last digit, of the code, I know that the proper person will be entering the home. I am so very sorry that I did not know what time you would arrive. I am currently dealing with a situation that requires that I turn my phone off before entering an area, but I will surely be more pro-active in the area of missing phone calls, whether I have received ETA's or not. Thank you for taking the time to review my property. I am very pleased to know that you enjoyed the accommodations, once you were inside. Blessings! :-)

Great Job!

One of the most important things for us is comfortable beds. The master suite and one room with a queen was excellent. The rest need attention. An easy fix. We had an issue with the 1/2 bath and Mattie handled it promptly. The house is equipped very well with the exception of towels. Could use more. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again.

It was nice being able to sit down and chat with Ray. We were called to the house because there seemed to be a problem with getting the toilet to flush. I had a plumber to come over and he verified that the plumbing is fine, but that too much paper was being used in the toilet. It is a High Efficiency toilet which was installed about one year ago. There is a button for liquid waste and a button for solid waste. If the solid waste button is not used when necessary, it might present some difficulty in the first flush. We did not receive any details on the problem that Ray was having, so we are not sure if too much paper, or the wrong button was used, but we were happy to have the plumber there, while he was there, to verify that there is no issue with our plumbing line. It is recommended that there be one towel per guest, in vacation rentals, where washers and dryers are available. Ray was traveling with four guests. I left a total of 13 sets of towels, which included 13 Face Towels, 13 Hand Towels, and 13 Bath Towels, for Ray's group. I am sorry that the amount of towels did not meet Ray's expectations. Ray Mentioned that he and his guests prefer Firm beds. I have taken that into consideration, and am currently putting together a market research, involving returning customers and first time customers, to find out, whether soft or firm, is the most desired. Thank you Ray for all of your valuable feedback and thank you for reviewing my property.

Needing lots of repairs

Most of the mattresses need to be replaced ( springs poking out just worn out). Coffee makers not working. We had a list for the owner but she didn’t care. She also has cameras to see you coming and going??

When you checked in, I made you aware that we had just hosted a work crew, who did not use the house gently, and that were some little things, like the French door screen, being off track, and we had the work scheduled and you could choose to have it wait, or done while you were there. After you left, I noticed that some of my wooden furniture had claw marks and scratches in them. We are a pet free property and the cameras are there to monitor the property, durin your stay, just as the cameras do at hotels and other places of business. The cameras also sometimes reveals that animals have been brought to the home. Moses guests feel safer because of the cameras, and they understand that many guests will break rules or take things from the home, if there are no cameras. You are the first to complain about the beds. We will take a closer look at the beds and ensure accommodation are consistent with the price point. At this price point, you will not find Sleep Number beds. But you will find very clean comfortable beds. I am sorry to only now hear about the beds, two months after you checked out. But again, we will take a new look at the beds. We certainly don’t want anyone sleeping on springs and we have received good reviews after you checked out. No one has mentioned the beds, yet we take every accusation seriously. We did not send you a bill for the pet damage and we will continue to protect the yard, with cameras.

Great rental home!!

Having used Homeaway a number of times for rental homes, this was probably one of our best experiences! The communication with the renter was excellent and was very welcoming! The house was in close proximity to everything you needed, food, stores, and easy access to the freeway! The house itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities that you would need. Even attention to detail was evident as there was a welcome sign as soon as you entered the home and fresh roses on the table! The rooms were spacious and plenty room throughout the whole house. The upstairs theater was perfect for watching a pay per view event we ordered, plenty space and chairs! The kitchen was big enough to cook and have a great breakfast. The master bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom/shower with plenty closet space. Since we travel to Round Rock quite a few times a year, we have certainly found our home away from home!

Impressive and Elegant

My family and I were pleasantly impressed the very moment we pulled up in the driveway. The outside of the house was inviting with a cast iron table and chairs, a statue in the plant garden area and a beautiful fall wreath hanging on the front door. Once we received the code we entered into the foyer we saw a big sign welcoming our family! As we looked around, we were amazed at the elegance and luxurious colors and decorations that complimented the rich well crafted furniture. We were ecstatic about the appliances, the television in every bedroom, the surround sound, the theater room and the kitchen. The kitchen was unbelievable! Everything we could possibly ask for or needed was already stocked in the large pantry and laundry area and in the cabinets. We spent our best moments in that kitchen around the large table eating from a few restaurants like Rudy's. It was absolutely delicious and we were happy it was close by! We also enjoyed the backyard area. We were able to grill and enjoy the many seating areas. We especially liked the bonfire area and look forward to using it the next time. 😄 The bedrooms and bathrooms were picturesque with love seats and arm chairs, walk-in closet (master bedroom), coffee makers, chic draperies and shower curtains. Each equipped with many amenities. All the beds were comfortable and easily met our family needs. The customer service was excellent. She provided clear and explicit information about the functions of the house and we felt that any questions we may have had were already answered. Our family would recommend this rental without hesitation! The descriptions were perfectly written but it's nothing like seeing it in person.We were overjoyed with the whole experience. Thank you for providing such a clean, warm and wonderful family environment away from home.

It is travelers like you, who make owners very proud of the decision to offer a very heart-felt service to travelers with large families. I grew up with a family of 13 siblings, and when I became old enough to travel and found myself paying $150 and up, per night, for a hotel suite, with one bedroom, I knew that I wanted to provide an alternative for people with large families, like my own. Your family fully represents the definition of model guests. Thank you for leaving the home so clean and for leaving things, around the house, as you found them, so that less time was spent on doing inventory.

Nice home and attentive host

We needed a large home for 7 people (3 adults and 4 kids) and this fit our needs well. Check-in was a little confusing because in the email I was told what the key code was going to be a 4 digit number (I’ll call it xxxx). But then I also got a text with a link to download a “Lockly” app with an eKey that would then give me the code. Mattie must have seen us through the doorbell camera fumbling around in the dark when the code from the email didn’t work and I was trying to download this app. She told me through the doorbell that the code was xxxx00. I went back through the original check-in email and it definitely said just the 4 digits. The home is very full of furniture, decor, and appliances. In fact, going back through the photos, there is more furniture than the outdated pictures show. The bedrooms were especially full with unnecessary armchairs and large furniture. One of the bedrooms obviously went from the queen bed and sitting area shown in the photo, to a queen and a twin and 2 armchairs in very awkward places like right in front of the door. We had to move decorative pieces off some of the bathroom counters to have room to put toiletries, etc. In the bedrooms, having space on top of the dressers to put our own things would be really convenient. Each room had a large tray with crystal tea set/perfume bottles that took up most of the space. In the kitchen, having open counter space would be preferable to the many unnecessary appliances lined up. I had to ask for kitchen towels, which Mattie brought right away. She also dropped off extra paper towels and trash bags which was nice. All of that said, the home was clean and comfortable and well cared for. My kids really loved the 2 computers! Although we didn’t use the backyard, it’s very nice and would be fun to hang out with friends and family in. I was impressed to see a lot of baby items in the closets. If you’ve got a baby you can leave a lot of their big stuff at home! In summary, we enjoyed our stay and Mattie was prompt and helpful. I just wished there were less unnecessary “stuff” taking up valuable surace space and more room to move freely in the bedrooms.

Greetings Ambra, I am grateful to see that you and your family had a safe return abd are doing well. I regret that the final text that I sent to you, regarding the passcode. Was confusing for you. I just went back to the Vrbo portal to verify that I sent you the correct code. I did. It was a 6 digit number, which consisted of the last 4 digits of your number, with two additional digits. Please look again. You did not let me know that you were having problems getting in, but my notifications let me know that you were not in. When you arrived, you said that you had not checked your email yet. When you did, you were viewing the text that was giving you instructions on how to unlock the door, from your phone. The initial code allowed you to enter the code into the keypad. After now hearing that it was confusing, I may opt to refrain from issuing access to unlock via the phone app. I am also surprised to hear that there was too much furniture in the room. Eighty percent of our clients, book the home, because they are in town for weddings. Wedding parties tend to need as many chairs and mirrors as we can afford them. We are beginning to see a higher percentage, about 5% of clients, who are in town for sports events or competitions. I understand that the needs of the two industries are quite the contrast. You are the second group, in 5 years, to complain about too many items. Two complaints are enough for me to seek a solution., for guests who will be sitting in the chairs, while getting ready for the wedding, and guests who prefer to have that space to move around in. Perhaps I can replace the reclining chairs with chairs that can easily be placed in the large closet. Regarding the towels, as you saw, I purchase nice towels for the house and because they rotate the housekeepers that they send, sometimes I am not immediately made aware if some of the dish cloths may have been erroneously taken. I gave you five stars and did not mention that you checked out at 11:30, although checkout time was. 11:00 a.m. Housekeeping was running late that day, so there was no conflict. All of the bedrooms have large empty closets with empty shelves, where the coffee and tea trays can be placed, if the guest does not require them. We want the home to feel more warm than bare, so perhaps we will just place the trays in the closet, rather than getting rid of them all together. Amazing home. My guys & I was able to have one amazing weekend in the house. It had everything we needed to have great time from TVs in every room & a speaker in the backyard. I loved all the snacks that was available for us when we arrived & I love that all the small kitchen appliances was ninja products.

MBA - most best accommodation

We had a fantastic time at MBA. This property has the most character of any property we have visited and I can safely say that Mattie was the most attentive and responsive host we have come across yet. This property has literally everything we wanted, and I venture to say what just about everything anyone would want. Fully-equipped does not do it justice - from the old-style popcorn popper to the movie theater to the backyard layout perfect for entertaining. We would love to come back and stay again. Thanks for all your help Mattie!

A little too pricey

Had a wonderful family trip for daughters Wedding. Great Home. Plenty of room. Owner was easy to communicate with. she was very prompt. Problems: lights hard to figure out, Master bedroom shower did not work, very low water pressure in baths and kitchen, garbage cans were already filled with previous tenants garbage. Overall a great place!

We are happy that we were able to accommodate you and your family, as you celebrated your daughters wedding. We also hope that you were pleased that we allowed the engagement party of 20 additional guests, which required additional cleaning fees that we did not add, this time. We always encourage our guest to communicate with us about their concerns, as we have found that most concerns can be clarified. You did not notify us that the shower did not work. The cleaning staff, who cleaned after your stay, experienced no problem. Perhaps the wrong handle was being used. We have never received any concerns of water pressure issues in the baths. We have adjusted it in the kitchen, due to wood floor safety. However, we will take a look at that issue. The recycling service runs every other week, therefore, the recycling can may have had recyclables inside. The regular trash bin was empty. i understand that your celebration generated more trash than expected, and we were okay with the amount of trash that you left behind. We are sorry that you had trouble with the lighting. Going forward, we will leave additional instructions, just in case anyone else has problems with them, but will prefer not to ask about them. We offer 4 bedrooms with 6 beds total. that breaks down to $56 per rom, night, plus exclusive dining, living, movie room, kitchen privileges, and back yard space, i am so sorry that that you found us to be too pricey, but we do thank you for trusting us to provide a clean and comfortable stay for you and your family.

My name is Mattie Allen. I currently reside in Round Rock, Texas. I was born in a small town in Missouri, called Sikeston, where you can find Lambert's Cafe, "The Home of the Throwed [sic] Rolls."

I attended Sikeston Senior High School, where our school mascot was The Bulldog.

I have rented our home out for the past 4 years, on a yearly lease. The experience has been invaluable. I have decided that while I finish working on two Business Degrees, it would be more conducive to enter into the Vacation Rentals venture, so that I can focus on continuing my education, which is something that I put on hold while my husband was in the military and doing multiple tours to war zones.

I am looking forward to meeting many great people, while providing a service that will make you feel at home, while you are traveling.

When we purchased this property fifteen years ago, we were about the 5th house in the neighborhood. It has grown quite a bit over the years, but what I like most about the property, is that it is located in one of the most safe cities in America.

Round Rock, TX was recently ranked the #8 safest city in America, amongst cities with populations of 100,000 or more.

What I have always loved most about this property is the open floor plan. It is perfect for congregating as well as for relaxing.

It has amazing curb appeal, which begins as you enter the walkway, to find a french bistro set, conveniently situated next to a beautiful 3-arm lamp post, and an elegant purple flowering plant.

It is also flanked by 5 Oak trees, which provide an abundance of shade, during those hot Texas summer months, and if you visit in the spring, you will enjoy the harvest of the wonderfully delicious Japanese Loquat tree, which produces some of the sweetest orange plums on earth, and a highly perfumed flowering bloom, just before the plums make their appearance. These are a very expensive fruit, which you are invited to harvest during your stay.

The Laminate Flooring throughout the First floor, keeps you in touch with nature and its ability to provide us with comfort and beauty.

The ability to view the Front Yard, as well as the Back Yard from the Family room is also a wonderful convenience, if you have children, or if you have guests dropping by unannounced.

You have found the perfect vacation rental at The MBA. Everyone who walks through the doors, has expressed a feeling of extreme peace. I am confident that you will experience it too.
