Guest Access:

Guests access the studio through the backyard via a gated entrance. A gate code will be provided 24–48 hours before check-in.



Both the garage entry door and the studio entrance are secured with electronic locks. Access codes will be provided 24–48 hours before arrival.



Other Things to Note:

Dog Notice 🐾



We have a friendly, energetic dog (approximately 35 lbs.) who may be in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. She can be a little cautious around new people at first, but she quickly warms up once she's had a chance to say hello. If you prefer not to interact with dogs, please keep this in mind before booking.



Property Information



The studio is located above a detached garage and has a private entrance through the backyard of the main house.

Your reservation includes access to the studio only. The yard and garage areas are reserved for the occupants of the main house.



Starter supplies are provided as a courtesy and are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies needed beyond those initially provided.

Monthly stays include one complimentary cleaning per month.



Streaming Services



This home is BYOL (Bring Your Own Login). The TV is equipped with Roku Guest Mode, allowing you to securely log in to your favorite streaming services. Simply enter your check-out date, and Roku will automatically sign you out of all accounts when your stay ends.
