Blue House: country living close to everything

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home, located hidden off of River Rd within a gated property. The owners live in a separate home on the same 2 acre property. Find a rural feeling within city limits, by the Willamette River path convenient to downtown Eugene, the Whit neighborhood, U of O campus, the airport & Springfield. Outfitted with a full kitchen, gas fireplace, Roku TV, garage, and washer dryer. Included are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower and one walk-in bathtub.

Can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children who are comfortable sharing space in a king bed. A pac n play is available for rent. The kitchen table can be moved out/in from the wall to take up more or less space depending on head count, as can the twin daybed in the 2nd bedroom that converts to a King bed. Up to 3 adults in the reservation will default with a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom unless otherwise requested.

NOTE: the master bedroom (with private bath) is accessed through the 2nd bedroom.

Pets may be considered on a case by case basis. Pet fees apply.

Whole house, garage, fenced yard are private for your use.

We like to give you privacy, and are available to assist through the app. We may introduce ourselves in person, though please understand that we have day jobs, a 4 year old and a baby who keep us quite busy so it's possible we won't meet.

River Road has some great taco trucks, food, bakeries and coffee. Located close to the Wit neighborhood, downtown, and the U of O. The walk/bike path along the river can get you to any location as well.

We have 2 large dogs, Luna & and Wally, who like to greet guests. They will be kept on our side of the property. Let us know if you feel strongly either way.
