Welcome to Penthouse5B! We are thrilled to have you stay in this incredible location. To ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful experience for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out:
a. Check-in Time: 10:00 AM or later.
i. If you plan to arrive earlier, please contact us in advance. Early check-ins may be possible based on availability.
b. Check-out Time: 11:00 AM or earlier.
i. Please check out on time to allow for cleaning and preparation for the next guests. If you need a late check-out, please confirm with us 24 hours in advance (subject to availability).
c. Check-out Procedures:
i. Please ensure all lights are turned off, all appliances are unplugged, and all keys are returned downstairs to the concierge before departure.

2. Maximum Occupancy:
a. The penthouse is designed to accommodate up to 2 guests only.

3. Quiet Hours & Noise Levels:
a. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
i. The penthouse is in a shared building, and we ask you to minimize noise during these hours to respect the neighbors.
b. Noise in Public Spaces:
i. Please keep noise to a minimum in hallways, elevators, and other shared spaces within the building.

4. Smoking Policy:
a. Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are allowed only on the Penthouse5B balcony. Please refrain from smoking inside the penthouse and public spaces within the building.

5. Pets:
a. Pet Limit: 1.
b. Service Pets: Service pets are most certainly welcome.
c. Behavior: Pets must be kept under control and not cause damage to the property or disturb the neighbors.

6. Events & Gatherings:
a. No Parties or Large Gatherings:
i. The penthouse is not a venue for parties or large events.
b. Visitor Policy:
i. Additional visitors not included in your reservation are not allowed in the penthouse without prior approval.

7. Respect the Space:
a. Treat the Penthouse with Care:
i. Please respect the property as if it were your own. Don’t move furniture or décor without permission, and be careful with all appliances and electronics. If anything is broken, damaged, or malfunctioning during your stay, please notify us immediately.

8. Damage & Losses:
a. Reporting Damage:
i. If any damage occurs during your stay, please report it immediately. This includes damage to the furniture, walls, or any appliances.

9. Commercial Photography & Filming:
a. No Photography/Filming:
i. Photography, filming, or any form of commercial media production is not allowed in the penthouse.

• Weekly cleaning fee is already included in your reservation.
• Netflix and WiFi are included during your stay. The WiFi password will be provided upon check-in.
