Located in Bayside Resort Golf Club, Selbyville, DE an award winning community. Enjoy what this 4-bedroom villa has to offer. With 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 1 crib, there's plenty of space for everyone. This beautiful, never been rented before, new construction property features a gorgeous white kitchen, 4 bedrooms, seperate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Youâll even find a new cast iron white crib for those families traveling with infants. You'll also find 3 bathrooms, each equipped with all the essentials. Plus, there's an additional living room with a futon for extra comfort. Whether you're lounging in the beautiful bedrooms or around the beautiful property, guests will feel right at home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
This home is centrally located in Bayside near the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. Perfectly located across the street from the Health and Aquatic Center, which features an indoor pool, workout facility, spa, sauna, Juice Box Bar and more. Enjoy Restaurants, multiple pools, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, grocery store and much more. This home is tucked away on a quiet cul de sac right off of Signature Blvd.
Maximum overnight occupancy for this home is 12 people.
Linens Package Option:
Pillows, comforters and mattress covers are provided in the home. However, bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels are NOT automatically included. For your convenience, Sheets at the Beach offers an optional Home Linen Package. The Linens Package is specific to your home and will include bath towels, bed sheets, and bath mats delivered to your home prior to your arrival.
All items are professionally cleaned and shrink-wrapped. Your linens will be neatly packaged in a canvas bag and delivered to your home prior to arrival. You will be responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick up after your departure.
Rental guest can also choose to bring or rent their own linens.
The Bayside Amenities Pass is a separate additional fee from your reservation. Children 4 years old and under that are accompanied by an adult with a valid pass will be admitted to the amenities at no charge.
Amenities Pass Pricing (From January 1-May 12 and from September 25-December 31)
3 day pass: $40 per person
Weekly Pass: $70 per person
Amenities Pass Pricing (from May 13- September 24)
3 day pass: $65 per person
Weekly Pass: $115 per person
Cleaning:
Property Manager will provide professional cleaning services prior to check-in and after check-out for the rental guest. However, rental guest agrees to remove garbage and all belongings from property, clean food spills from refrigerator, counters and oven top and leave property free of clutter.
Our property is unavailable for partial weeks (weekends) during the PRIME rental season, June to September. A minimum two-night stay is required from September to May. During the prime rental season, we only offer Saturday to Saturday WEEKLY rentals. Intended guests must sign a lease agreement at the time of all rentals.
We can answer any questions you have, either by phone or by email, and we can put together rental reservation to lock the home for you for the dates you are requesting.
We do require a 50% deposit at time of booking. Remaining balance is due one week prior to arrival.

Hi, I am a wife and mother to three. We absolute love Bayside and this beach house has been our sanctuary for the last four years when we want to sneak away. Unfortunately, due to our busy schedules- weâre unable to get down as often as weâd like. Weâd love for other families to create the same memories and experiences that weâve had the privilege to do in this beautiful community.
