Our sleek, European-style interiors feature high-grade surfaces and finishes, offering comfort and elegance. Note that there may be noise from neighbors; earplugs and a noise machine are available!
The Space:
The building is ideally situated between the vibrant commercial hub of Hawthorne and charming, leafy side streets lined with architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years. Inside, the design exudes a sleek and modern feel, featuring the highest-grade finishes.
Inside, each unit is designed for comfort and style, boasting mini-split heating and cooling, stainless steel appliances (including dishwashers), in-unit washer/dryers, and 9-ft ceilings. The huge windows allow natural light to flood in, highlighting the gorgeous cabinetry with glittering quartz countertops. Enjoy modern amenities such as high-speed WiFi and cable TV, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your stay.

Commonly known as “Foodie Row,” the Hawthorne/Buckman District places you within walking distance of a wide variety of top-notch local flavors, with no chain restaurants in sight! Make new friends over vegan poutine fries and grilled PB&Js at the Cartopia food cart pod, indulge in delicious wings right around the corner at Fire on the Mountain, share a pie at Apizza Scholls (consistently voted Portland’s favorite pizza), or enjoy a fancy night out at Castagna—all within a 1.5-mile stretch.
Portland isn't just for foodies. Hawthorne boasts a vibrant indie spirit, with numerous made-in-Oregon shops and boutiques to explore in this hipster haven. Catch a movie at Bagdad Theater and Pub, a revamped 1920s theater turned view-and-brew venue, serving local McMenamins food and microbrews.
If bar hopping isn’t your idea of fun, head up to Mt. Tabor, a 196-acre city park atop a dormant volcano vent. Here, you'll find miles of hiking trails and incredible panoramic views of the city. Our apartment is conveniently located in the vibrant Southeast Portland neighborhood, making it easy to explore the city. If you're driving, you can access the property from SE Hawthorne Blvd or SE Division St, both major thoroughfares. Ample street parking is available near the property; please check the signage for any restrictions or time limits.
For those using public transportation, the area is well-served by several bus lines 14 and 15 running nearby. Bus line 14 travels along SE Hawthorne Blvd, connecting you to downtown Portland and the Hawthorne District, while bus line 15 travels along SE Belmont St, providing access to the Lloyd District and the Pearl District.
Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in Portland and can drop you off right at the doorstep.
If you just plan on roaming around the city and checking out Portland's diverse neighborhoods, there's really no need for a car.
