Profitez de ce condo en bord de mer d'une chambre, récemment rénov��, lumineux et aéré qui peut accueillir quatre personnes au deuxième étage, directement à côt�� des escaliers. Ce condo offre un balcon privé avec le soleil du matin et une vue éblouissante sur l'océan, plancher nouvellement installé, peinture fraîche, nouvelle décoration murale, appareils de grande taille, y compris un nouveau r��frigérateur en acier inoxydable, cuisine entièrement équipée avec un nouveau splash et un nouvel éclairage, deux fauteuils induisant le sommeil, et une table �� manger / carte. Dans le salon principal sont une nouvelle télévision à écran plat avec câble et un lecteur DVD et un canapé-lit. Dans la chambre, un lit queen et une t��lévision à ��cran plat avec lecteur DVD sont destinés au confort et à la commodité des clients. Les autres équipements comprennent un accès Internet Wi-Fi gratuit, des meubles de balcon, des rideaux occultants, des sièges confortables pour quatre personnes. Accès à la plage / quai de pêche / piscine communautaire / complexe de blanchisserie. 490 pieds carrés. Linge de maison inclus. Ne pas fumer. Pas d'animaux. Great from start to finish. Easy check in and great location. Only complaint would be the 10am checkout but aside from that no complaints at all!

Not first time on IOP

The location is perfect. Easy to get to everything. the unit appears recently updated. It is a little odd having the bed in the front room but it works. Bring your own soap and shampoo. The travel size bottles they provide are just not enough. You will be pleased with the ease of check in and value.

Best Stay Ever

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was awesome. LOVED the king size bed. Awesome view, deck was relaxing. Weather was perfect. Everything clicked. However, much has changed at IOP, especially the food. Not a fan of the limited seafood. No one had a real seafood platter and everything was super small.portions and in plastic baskets. But the Sea Cabin was incredible itself.

Very nice condo in a fantastic location!

Love the restaurants and shops nearby and the location right on the beach. Just enough space for a couple people. You could probably have 4 people stay if you fold out the couch and they sleep out in the living room. Check in was a breeze and the property manager was very helpful!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are return guests in Sea Cabins for over 40 years. Our recent stay in 243C was very good. Recent re-modeling was very good; however, lacked some appointments that would make it even better. A new sofa would make a huge difference. Removing some of the new shelves to allow hanging a few items would also be a good touch.

Overall very good

Overall the property was well maintained and we enjoyed it. The mattress for the bed needs to be replaced. We saw a cockroach the 1st day, which was alarming. Maintenance did set traps immediately.

This place a a great location but could use a new bed! The bed is terribly uncomfortable and loud! We even tried sleeping on the pull out couch which was terrible as well! I don’t know I’d come back to this particular condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been vacationing at Isle of Palms for many years and have stayed in Sea Cabin units for the majority of those visits. We love the location and are generally happy with the Island Reality staff with regards to ease of check in and cleanliness of the property. This was our 2nd stay at 243C and, while we would recommend it in general, the bed is not comfortable and would need to be replaced before we would stay there again.We appreciate the shoe tray and rug at the door to help with sand and the unit is well appointed overall. We would rate the condition of this unit at 4 stars but used a 3 star rating in this review due to common area issues with boardwalks and handrails between the building and the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location to the beach can not be beat. Our main complaint was the queen mattress. After the first night, one of us took the sofa. We are average size and felt that we should not have been “rolling to the center”. The mattress probably needs to addressed considering the high volume of renters. The sofa was also stained and dirty. Other than these 2 issues, we are revisiting Sea Cabin property in a few weeks, but did choose a premier condo.

Very Disappointing for the price

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was ridiculous to have to call and stop at the office and sign papers on our way in when you already had our money and could have emailed us the door code - our friend who rented through a different company did none of this. It was very disappointing that our ocean front view was mostly of a parking lot. The bed was lumpy and made you roll towards the center. Instead of a headboard there was a dusty old curtain right over your pillow. The Closet in the bedroom was covered with a TV and a mass of wires, cables and various adapters. At this price point we never expected to have to strip the bed, take out the garbage, or kill drain flies. We also did not expect to have to clean cups and silverware before use. The checkout letter and text messages were unreasonably threatening and rude. We will go to great lengths to avoid Island Realty and Sea Cabins in the future even though we will be there frequently over the next 4 years to attend volleyball games at the College of Charleston.

Not up to our typical Sea Cabins’ expectations

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always rent a Sea Cabin for our IOP getaway. This year was a huge disappointment for a number of reasons. 1) For the price we pay per night, we did not expect to be micro-managed by having the thermostat locked, so that it could not be set below a certain temperature. We were miserably hot at night, and the condo was stuffy. For safety purposes and for our security, we are not going to leave the sliding door open, and we should not have to when there is a perfectly acceptable heating and cooling system. We are adults that are perfectly capable of controlling our own thermostat to a reasonable level. We should not have to be punished for the idiots who came before us. 2) The mattress must’ve been purchased in 1980, because I don’t know if they make that type anymore. When my husband and I got into bed, we literally rolled into each other into the middle. The squeak was so loud, that if I breathed or moved to put my phone on the nightstand, he woke up. Combine that to the fact that it was hot, and it made for some horrible nights with lack of sleep. 3) The couch needed to be replaced, because once you sat down, you needed assistance to get out of it. 4) The coffee maker...well, it wasn’t a Keurig like all of the other Sea Cabins we’ve rented...so although we brought the coffee we needed and already had on hand, we still had to make a run to the store to purchase more. Cha-Ching $$! Not to mention it took 15 minutes to make a small pot. 5) If the owners of this unit cannot afford to update it with a new mattress and allow the renters the freedom to adjust their own thermostat, maybe they need to learn how to budget this extra income better. Five days of ****** sleep, back pain, and a slow coffee maker that didn’t even brew what we drink? What a huge disappointment after setting aside vacation time and extra money. So much for that relaxing getaway we needed so desperately after a truly difficult

Fall 2024 GetAway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our travels were delayed due to Hurricane Helene and for the first time had to have a lock box. That went very smooth This was by far our favorite SeaCabin. It’s been thoughtfully updated and that was appreciated. We loved the option of a king bed. The only negative would be no real place to hang clothes. We solved the problem by purchasing two over door hangers to then be able to hang clothes. We hadn’t visited this late in the year but the weather (mostly) was very good. Got our beach time in🤓We would rent this unit again w/o a doubt One small glitch with the beach access code being changed but luckily an owner was on property and she shared the (changed) codeWe had a visit during our stay from hearing/cooling folks. We did not allow access...island realty should have arranged that with us or after our stay ended.

Amazing Weekend Getaway!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Cabin 243C! The condo community was quiet and friendly. The newly remodeled condo was great! Was everything we expected and more. There was only one drawback we found and it was that there wasn’t any place to hang clothes up and limited drawer space. Might suggest a second bedstand on other side of bed for that and to put cell phone at night. But it was still a fabulous weekend and a terrific location to the beach, some restaurants, and access to the main connector road to make quick trips to Mt Pleasant & Charleston downtown! Check in and check out were a breeze as well! Thank you! My wife and I really enjoyed the time we were there!
