Joliment décoré de deux chambres, deux salles de bain dans les Dunes sauvages. Il donne sur la piscine complexe et offre une vue magnifique sur l'océan! La villa dispose d'une cuisine entièrement équip��e, y compris un lave-vaisselle, avec du blanc armoires et comptoirs nettes. Le salon dispose d'un mobilier confortable avec un canap��-lit, d'une t��lévision haute d��finition avec lecteur Blu-ray et d'un accès au balcon privé. La chambre d'hôtes a deux lits jumeaux avec une nouvelle literie, de nouveaux planchers en bois, une t��lévision à écran plat avec lecteur DVD, et partage une salle de bain complète avec le hall. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size avec une literie neuve, d'une tél��vision à écran plat avec un magn��toscope / lecteur DVD, d'un accès au balcon privé, et dispose d'une salle de bain privée complète avec deux lavabos et une douche �� l'italienne. Property was beautiful- and we had a wonderful time; however, condo internet was not good and coffee pots were not cleaned. We chose to go purchase our own coffee pot.

Great Stay at Shipwatch C 316!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Shipwatch C 316 was a great condo. It was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was very clean and well equipped for cooking. Plenty of family friendly tv channels and a great view of the ocean! There was plenty of parking, and it was very convenient to the elevators. The master shower is very large and there is plenty of counter space. We hope to rent this again next year.

Island Realty and Hurricane Florence

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to evacuate for Hurricane Florence and we were heartbroken about leaving in the middle of our long awaited vacation. When we arrived, Island Realty said they will keep us posted about the hurricane and they did both frequently by email and phone. With the hurricane approaching, they were great about answering the phone and our questions. Island Realty could not have been more helpful or compassionate about helping us after the hurricane with a partial refund. I will always go to Island Realty directly for my beach rental!!! They have wonderful, friendly employees and I love supporting a locally owned company. Thank you Island Realty for handling the Mandatory Evacuation so well.

Great Customer Service but Condo Needs Updating

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The communication/info from rental company was excellent. Check in was easy. The Condo itself needs major updating. Kitchen, bathrooms, furnishings are old and tired. The internet connection was really bad, kept kicking us off. The Shades in master bedroom were broken as well as screen door. When we pulled dresser back to plug in internet it was very dirty behind all the furniture. On positive side the air conditioning worked really well, the pool on property was nice.Would not stay here again, would rather pay more to be in updated clean hotel.

Restful Autumn Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have never stayed at Isle of Palms before and did not know what to expect. (Hurricane Helene washed out the normal route between Tennessee and North Carolina, which made our travel interesting.) However, we couldn't have been more pleased with our condo, with Wild Dunes, and with IOP. Our only issue is with conflicting expectations for checkout. We received numerous messages, and the info in the check-in packet was very clear, but the list posted in the condo was different, and the last message had info that wasn't in the others (re: bed linens). I don't think it was a big deal, but all communication should match. We had left for home the evening prior to our checkout day and didn't receive the last message until we were already 2 hours way to fix it at that point. Other than this, we had a fantastic trip.

WiFi is poor quality, but nice condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Wifi is horrible. We couldn't get the wifi to work on any of our streaming services for more than 10 minutes before we were bumped off. We tried everything to get a stronger signal, including taking all of our mobile devices off the wifi, rebooting the Roku remotes/sticks and then rebooting the wifi system. None of the TVs would pick up and hodl the signal. There are no hairdryers in any bathrooms. Renters should know that the washer/dryer are mini-size, not full-size. The lock on the living room slider door to the balcony keeps locking. Maintenance fixed it once but it locked up again. Overall, the condo is nice and in a great location.

Wonderful Stay

We had an issue with the power washing by the Shipwatch HOA which Island Realty took care of. HOA could've done more to inform the short-term and new renters through elevator signs or notices directly on the doors. We definitely enjoyed Shipwatch and hope to return.

Seems like a bit of a reach to require the guest to perform a 5 minute task which is just as easily completed by staff.

Issue with the night time emergency number

We rented this property managed by Island Reality off VRBO. This is a very nice property and has a lovely porch with views of the beach and pool. The check in process and staff in the main Island Reality group were very nice. Having the option of renting beach chairs and umbrellas was a great bonus. I had one (could have been a lot worse) issue. We had left the condo and forgotten the door code and were locked out. Of course this happened after the main office was closed so I attempted to call the emergency line. I was told, despite offering my name and reservation number, that the answering service had no record of my being a guest in the unit (I booked the reservation myself) and would not send anyone out to help us. They told us that we would have to wait until the morning for the main office to open for any further assistance. They also said there was nobody else I could speak with about the lock out issue. I am not sure if all of this was because I had booked through a 3rd party and I understand safety and all. But of course this was very upsetting that there was an answering center taking the emergency calls at night and nobody to assist us. Fortunately the nice on site police officer helped us and all was resolved. Overall this was a nice unit in a great location.

Wonderful Location

The location was really amazing, with excellent views and easy access to the pool and ocean. The furnishings and decor were outdated but still tastefully done. Some of the items are starting to show their age with general wear and tear. My biggest complaint was the internet strength. The most download speed I could get was 3MB barely enough to watch Netflix let alone a family with multiple mobile devices. We had constant issues trying to watch shows or do work from home. Nevertheless since it’s all about the location and the ocean it was only a minor inconvenience.

TV situation was very frustrating; don't know why the owners could not pay for one or two premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.). Being able to watch a movie after a long day at beach/pool would have somewhat enhanced our vacation experience.
