Saisie de la propri��t��, vous trouverez un salon ouvert - salle �� manger de manger avec bar. Cette maison b��néficie d'un plan d'étage scission avec chambre et salle de bain des maîtres chambres OnSide et deux chambres d'hôtes et une salle de bain compl��te sur le c��té oppos�� de la maison. La chambre principale a un lit king size, tandis que les deux chambres d'hôtes ont 2 lits jumeaux et une reine. Grâce à la salle à manger et à l'arrière de la maison, vous pourrez profiter d'��tre dans les arbres tout en vous relaxant dans la salle-soleil. Sun chambre dispose d'un lit de jour jumeau. Off-soleil et chambre des ma��tres est un pont spacieux. Price point was perfect. Property was close enough to walk to everything we needed. Management responds very quickly to your needs. I highly recommend this property.

Very clean and comfortable. All on the furniture is very comfortable. Checking in and out was easy also. No problem. Perfect place to stay. We will be backand stay here! Close to beach and places to eat. Neighborhood is very safe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice, well kept house. The walk to the beach access isn't but a couple of blocks. In July heat, glad we rented a golf cart (there is golf cart parking at the beach access at the end of the street) but walking wasn't a hassle when needed.I have to say that IoP parking enforcement is a black eye on the local government--I didn't get a ticket myself, but saw a number of them on cars parked where there was no discernable prohibition. I will follow rules, but make it easy to know what the rules are IoP! Particularly, be wary of the handicap spaces at the 9th St access. I saw tickets almost every day on cars that had HC stickers and tags. Honestly not sure why. The blue lines on the pavement are barely visible.Also want to mention that the staff at Island Realty were quite nice and helpful. We met with Anita and Sarah and both were good representatives of the business, the home owner and the area.

Very cozy and close to the beach

Myself and a friend really enjoyed our stay this weekend! The house was clean, check in was easy, well stocked with pots/pans/dishes! The area was quiet and the two block walk to the beach was flat and easy. We would absolutely stay here again!

House at 910 Blvd Isle of Palms

Reviewer Comments: I was very pleased with the rental house on Palm Blvd.It was very spacious with lots of areas to spread out.The kitchen had everything we needed. The coffee pot had not been cleaned from the previous user, but everything else was clean and in order. It was a short 2 block walk to the beach which was great.There was also a grocery store and a few restaurants within a few blocks. I would have appreciated a few lightweight beach chairs to take to the beach and on on-line check-in would be nice, rather than having to go to the office. But it was a great location for easy access to everything the area had to offer.

We had a great stay at this house.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at 910 Palm with my two adult children and their spouses for a wedding in Charleston. The house was plenty roomy and nice for us. As others mentioned, it is not newly renovated but it is certainly updated enough for a week's vacation to a beach town where no one intends to hang out in the house much anyway. (it's just as updated as the house I live in the other 51 weeks of the year). The only downside for me was that I took the front bedroom and there was no blind or curtains on the window which made it a little uncomfortable with the light turned on at night time, the blind was broken and in the closet. One very small thing that would help a renter is a few garbage bags, plastic wrap, foil, baggies etc... I really don't want to buy all of that for my short stay. Shampoo/soap are personal choices, garbage bags are not.Overall, I think the house is great and would not hesitate to rent it again
