Disponible par Luxury Beach Rentals, cette suite au 9ème étage est en bord de mer et offre des vues spectaculaires sur l'Atlantique bleu. Ce condo a un grand lit king et surplombe l'océan avec son propre balcon privé en bord de mer. La grande salle de bain offre un comptoir en granit et une grande douche à l'italienne avec un sol carrelé. Le condo est également équipé d'un micro-ondes et un mini-réfrigérateur avec une télévision à écran plat.

Le complexe est situé au coeur du Grand Strand dans une partie de la plage très familiale. Le Cypress Room est un restaurant primé qui sert le petit-déjeuner et le dîner tous les jours. Des options pour le déjeuner sont disponibles dans le patio et au bar de la piscine pendant les mois d'été. Les activités sur place incluent le complexe aquatique intérieur et extérieur comprenant une rivière lente, trois piscines, des spas, une pataugeoire pour enfants et des formations rocheuses donnant sur la plage ainsi qu'un centre de remise en forme et une pelouse de bronzage..

I really enjoyed my stay here. The ocean view was absolutely beautiful and very relaxing to wake up to each morning. The bed was very comfortable and made it easy to rest and unwind after a long day. The room was cozy and the atmosphere was peaceful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

Hotel was very nice. Pool and dining was great. Ocean view perfect. Overall the room itself needs cleaned better, mold remediation in the shower, cleaning of the baseboards of the dirt and hair, furniture and bedding particularly need updated.

Myrtle at it's Best

Loved the location, the view and the hotel. Chose this hotel as a warmup before heading to the caribbean and it did not disappoint. Small enough to accommodate a short stay, but delivers quality ocean views with access to all of the hotel amenities. Would definitely come again!

The room was satisfactory for a short stay. However, the room needs a bit of maintenance. The shower needs a replacement shelf to hold toiletries & one outlet is very worn & needs replaced. Other than that, it is very clean & good for a short stay.

The view is great. A furnished studio, it is not.Microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and 4 cups and the “kitchen”. Studios typically have seating for the guests. This has one chair!It would be better advertised as a bedroom lockout with microwave and small refrigerator.

Upon our arrival, we went to the front desk to get parking pass and key for the pool. They seemed very aloof and not really very customer oriented. When we got into the room, after looking around and unpacking, we did report a few things that needed attention to the rental agency. The patio door was stuck, broken knob on the nightstand. On day 3 of our 8 night stay, the cable went out. Island Vista staff was extremely rude and zero assistance! The rental agency for the VRBO came and put in a ruku device(thank goodness). Also, while we were laying in bed, the bed broke. The bedframe was also replaced. While we were packing up to leave, the fire alarm started and it was apparently a broken water nozzel in the parking garage from the cold. Not a very relaxing vacation. We will definitely work with the rental agency again but will avoid Island Vista Resort.

Weekend getaway

The resort itself was nice & the unit was priced pretty fairly for unit condition & season. However, the unit is in need of some minor repairs like paint & loose trim & there’s no shower shelf for toiletries. Also the coffee pot was not functioning properly.

No shelf in the shower to put shampoo or soap on; shoe molding loose on the floor; no dresser to set anything on; 2 filthy chairs on the balcony and one was broken.

We are so sorry to hear your condo wasn't in the shape it should be in. We have a shelf ordered for the shower and are just waiting for it to arrive to install. We were unaware of the outdoor chair until now and will be replacing it.

Nice place yet there were some hiccups.

First I would rent unit again but it would have been nice to have better understanding of being a private rental. Loved being on the 9th level and the beautiful views of the ocean. Nice and clean. Suggestions: 1) have a luggage carrier in unit for ‘private renter use’ (resort won’t allow private renters to use their luggage carriers) 2) list type of coffee maker 3) turn fridge on before renter arrives 4) I received emails from the resort and private rental company. That was confusing as far as knowing who to communicate with for what. Again, I would stay here again through the rental agency. I just would have liked better communication/understanding of being a private rental.

I never complain but…

I would never recommend this rental. We got there at 4pm to a dirty room. We were told that it would be cleaned and ready in an hour. Someone didn’t come clean it until an hour later. We were then told at 6:20 that our room was ready so that messed up our first day. I have yet to receive the $50 cleaning fee that was supposed to be refunded. No one on the property will help because it’s 3rd party. We were aware that there wasn’t a kitchen so I can’t complain about that but with the issues we had on top of this place being the same price as nice places, I will definitely be using a different rental next time.

We are truly sorry the room was not prepared and we had a miscommunication with the housekeeping staff. We actually did refund you your cleaning fee of $50 on 7/26 and sent you a receipt. We are truly sorry this is how you started your stay but home you enjoyed the rest of the time in Myrtle Beach.

A room

Nice hotel situated on N side of ocean blvd. More in a quieter section of the MB strip. Close to many attractions by car but not very much close if your looking to site see on foot. Front Desk stated they could not help me with anything bc the way room was booked. Which was okay, just make sure you are prepared to ask little to no questions. Hotel was overall clean with many workers walking around. The deck was nice and made up of chairs of all types and fire pits. Plenty of seating. Watched 4th of July fireworks from the deck. Hot tub was on point. Remember, towels for pool/beach are not provided, and w/o a washer and dryer it maybe hard going to pool and beach if your staying a few days. However, we were prepared. As for room… as shown. Really felt they could have removed the mold in shower and changed the shower liner as it’s a cheap up keep but was very moldy! Used clean towels to hang over mold throughout stay. There was literally no table except the mini outside table. Which is unusual for rooms as it’s hard to eat or snack inside room. Other than that. Stay was good and bed was comfortable. Coffee pot was not usable for us as to it was really no where to clean and rinse pot so we skipped usage but what a bummer. I love coffee. Ended up visiting the Cypress restaurant downstairs. Coffee was really good, and the rest of breakfast was good w decent pricing.
