It offers 2 king bedrooms, 1 bunk bed room with a trundle, and a sleeper sofa giving plenty of space to sleep everyone. There are two living rooms, a fully stocked kitchen/dining area, and a large private backyard with a screened in porch providing space for everyone to relax and unwind.

What makes us unique:
Enjoy access to the private community dock (a short walk from the house) where you can fish, crab, and launch your kayak or floats in the bay. Basic crabbing supplies available for your use.

**Bring your boat!** There is a public boat launch just down the street from the house and plenty of space in the driveway to store your boat/jet ski when not in the water.

Visit our beautiful Delaware beaches - Rehoboth, Cape Henlopen, and Dewey are all within 8 miles of the house.

For year round fun, enjoy easy access to the Tangler Outlets, movie theater, bars, restaurants, mini golf, boardwalk shops, state parks and more - most within a 15 minute drive or Uber ride!
