Ce studio, condo de luxe d'une salle de bains avec une salle de bains, est un choix fantastique pour les familles et les groupes jusqu'à quatre personnes. L’emplacement est idéal: vous êtes à deux pas de l’ascenseur Snowflake et vous pouvez marcher ou prendre la navette qui vous conduira facilement à tous les magasins et restaurants de la rue principale historique de Breckenridge. Skiez jusqu’à l’ascenseur le matin, rendez-vous pour le déjeuner et retrouvez-vous dans l’ascenseur en quelques minutes - il n’ya vraiment pas mieux à Breckenridge!

À l'intérieur, le salon est confortable avec des fenêtres orientées au sud qui offrent un ensoleillement toute la journée. Vous pouvez même faire signe aux skieurs et aux planchistes pendant que vous passez près de l’ascenseur Snowflake juste à l’extérieur! Il y a une cheminée à gaz, deux télévisions LCD HD et de nombreux sièges pour que tout le monde puisse se réunir et se détendre.

La kitchenette comprend des comptoirs en granit et dispose de tous les appareils (y compris un four à micro-ondes / à convection) et de la batterie de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin pour garder les soldats heureux et nourris. La table à manger peut accueillir quatre personnes pour le petit-déjeuner, le dîner ou des collations. Le Riverbend Lodge offre également de nombreux équipements, notamment: de grands bains à remous intérieurs et extérieurs; un sauna sec et un hammam; une salle d'exercice; casiers à skis privés au rez-de-chaussée; et parking intérieur chauffé.

Good hiking base

Property management sucks

The bldg is very close to the snowflake lift. Very convenient in and out. The unit is small but has everything you need. Very comfy for the wife & I. The bedroom is next to the entrance door. It has no inner security lock. Anyone with the right code can come into you room while you're sleeping 6 ft away. We put a suitcase in front of the door. The management co, Summit Mountain resorts was unresponsive to 3 calls complaining about a backed up sink. Each time they said they would send someone out to address it. It was never fixed. Nice little place for a couple and maybe 2 kids.

Spring Break Skiing

Property as listed, excellent location, next to Snowflake chair, ski lockers and garage are big plus. Management super quick to respond to questions we had. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Cozy condo

Loved the communication pre, during and post stay. Good supply of towels, toilet paper, tissues etc. Especially loved the hot tub, steam room and sauna. Very convenient location for ski in/ski out. The only complaint was that the mattress seemed too soft (did not sleep well in the bed). Otherwise, very happy with our choice.

Great location to lift and city and bus

The property was well appointed and perfectly located very close to the snowflake lift and bus pick up to many steps throughout the city. We actually took short walked to downtown for dinner as well. (The kitchen was more of a kitchenette in that there was no oven) but everything we needed for our week stay..

Cozy ski in/ski out !

This property is very nice being right on the 4 o’clock run. It was cozy, romantic, and just enough space for two! We had a wonderful time, a true ski in/ski out rental! The hot tub(s) were perfect after a day of skiing and snowboarding. Very close to Main Street and everything you need. The only issue we had was the coffee machine was unfortunately unusable due to mold growing throughout it. We had to buy coffee every morning, which wasn’t far thankfully. However, it was a lovely condo and we would happily go back! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice and convenient stay

Great location for skiing! Just a minute walk to the Snowflake lift and the Lower 4 O'Clock run brings you out right across the street. As good as it gets for a condo ski in/ski out.Charter Sports (Blue Sky location) is 75' from the Snowflake lift and did a great job outfitting us with skis and offers overnight drop off or you can store skis in the private ski locker (in garage, ground level) at the condo building. Either is great.Very good communication from Management company, no complaints.The Condo is on the small side but perfect for a couple or family of 4. No oven but the kitchenette is otherwise very usable. Separate toilet and shower which helps while getting ready (both have sinks). Queen sized bed slept well, didn't try the living room sofa bed. 2 large smart TV's with cable and wifi keeps you in touch with technology.FreeRide bus stop next to lift takes you to shops or main restaurant area or over the the other ski base areas. The building has heated garage parking and an outdoor hottub plus a small indoor hottub, steam room, sauna and a laundry room (bring quarters!).We were very happy with our stay and are already looking at dates for next year!

Great location - lift is right outside the door. The heated garage is a real plus for parking the car and access to the ski locker. Perfect for two people.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were satisfied with our rental experience. The property was located just minutes away from Main Street for shopping and eating. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we needed while staying there. The one disappointment we had was the temperature. There isn't a window in the bedroom only in the main living area (front of the unit). While there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom, there was not enough air circulation making the bedroom very hot during the night. We opened the only two windows in the main living area; however, our daughters were sleeping on the pull-out bed in the room and it could get very cold in that area while the bedroom was very hot. It is a very nice unit but we would not stay there again due to the temperature issue.

They weren’t kidding about convenience! The lift was only a few feet from the door. Main Street was less than a couple of blocks away. The property was lovely. Beautiful Breckenridge condo

This was my first stop on my trip to the beautiful mountains of Colorado and it did not disappoint!! It was beautifully decorated and I had everything I needed for my two days there. The location was perfect - I was able to go for a hike right outside and also walked downtown to get lunch and do some shopping. Communication with the property management staff was excellent, and checking in and out was very easy. Next time I'm planning a trip to Breckenridge I will definitely try to book this same condo again!

Time to get away

We spent two nights in Breckenridge to celebrate our anniversary and also enjoy the changing of the aspens. This unit was perfect for a brief get-a-way to one of our fav spots in CO. The condo was immaculate. The bed was comfy and the shower was to die for (big rain shower head!) The small kitchenette appeared to be well stocked for simple food prep although we enjoyed the local cuisine instead of cooking. The location was convenient and the free bus shuttle dropped us off just steps from our building. I especially liked all the directions about how things worked in the condo. We had absolutely no problems. Pre-, during, and post communication from the local management team was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Snug studio in great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This small unit is ideally located just steps from the Snowflake lift and hiking trail. It has a bedroom, a living space/dining area with a sleeper sofa, a shower+sink room, a toilet+sink room, and a short hallway converted into a mini-kitchen. The kitchen was suitable for prepping breakfast and lunch, but dinner was a challenge since there is so little space (2 burner stove and minimal counter space). In general, the condo has very little open space, especially if the sofa was open (for example, yoga stretches were a challenge but the communal exercise room had mats and sufficient space). The unit worked well for 2 people, but would be quite cramped with three or four persons. Note that you need to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom, so everyone staying together needs to be comfortable with one another! The unit was well-maintained and it was nice to have a ground-floor ski locker. The hot tubs and sauna were also well-kept and never overcrowded. We had one issue with the key code, but Summit quickly and professionally resolved the issue - it's great to rent direct and have a real person pick up the phone when you need them!

Great location and condo

The condo itself was a cozy, inviting space that felt like a home away from home. The amenities provided were thoughtful and catered to all our needs, from the fully equipped kitchen for our morning breakfasts to the comfortable beds that were a welcome sight after a day of adventures. The added convenience of having a dedicated parking spot and ski storage was the icing on the cake, making our stay smooth and hassle-free.
