GREAT location!!! This upscale condo is located on the backside of Silver Dollar City and right off of Table Rock Lake at Indian Point. We are also just a few miles away from Branson's famous 76 Country Music Blvd.(The Strip), and just minutes away from all the entertainment with easy access to all the shows, restaurants, shopping, and activities for the entire family. Just a short drive to the Marina or walk on the trail from the property, you can be at Table Rock Lake with all the water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities available. You can also take the 'scenic back way' to Historic downtown and the Branson Landing and be there in just minutes. You will be amazed at what a truly great location this is in the heart of Branson for your peaceful and relaxing stay in Branson.

Great little get away stay

Very clean and cozy. Had everything we needed and pool directly across from condo was a plus. Great short hiking trails to the lake and close proximity to just about everything. Would recommend and also stay again.

This condo was great for traveling with our dogs, and we were literally 2 minutes from Silver Dollar City! It is an older property and the buildings are showing their age. That being said this condo was perfect for our needs. It was very clean. You do have to go down a flight of stairs to enter, however the back deck has a gate and is on the ground level. There is a nice grassy area that was so convenient for taking our dogs out. No carpet so it was easy to keep the floor clean. The beds were comfortable. The living room has a real full-size couch & recliner which was very comfortable. Full size laundry and the kitchen had everything we would ever need. It is right across the street from the pool, which made it easy to take a quick swim without having to drive. The pool area was clean & seemed to be well taken care of. We didn't use it, but there is also a playground near the pool for kids. There are some issues with the building itself (mainly upkeep & just being older) but mostly cosmetic and nothing that affected our stay. This unit is also not too far from a path leading down to the shoreline. We didn't need to contact the owner, but were given all the info we needed in a timely manner & contact number was posted inside just in case. It was quiet & parking was easy, but we did visit during the week. We could hear the upstairs footsteps & TV from next door but overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in a great location!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Clean and complete, with everything we needed to make our week-long stay comfortable. Close to everything, yet still felt a bit secluded in nature. We loved the access to the lake, the trail off the back deck, and the birds and beavers visiting just beyond the back steps. Having the pool just across from the unit was a big bonus! Also grateful that it was pet friendly. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip!

We had a great time at the condo. The location was perfect with being so close to the basketball/tennis court and pool. We were disappointed the pool and hot tub were not open but we came in mid March so understandable as it is early in the year. Great trails to the lake that were steps off the back patio The condo had all of the essentials needed. The manager was great to work with and always responded in a timely manner. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay outside of busy Branson streets but still close to all the attractions.

We enjoyed ourselves. It felt like a home away from home. The only thing i would change is to get a new coffee maker (for the big pot and single cup) it took a long time to make a big pot and the single cup didn't make anything. Another thing i would suggest is getting the back porch steps repaired but over all it was get experience.

Great morning news vacation with a surprise proposal

Rented the condo for a quick mid week get away. Myself(Grammy), my son his girlfriend, his 10 yr old son and their 17 month daughter, and my 14 yrs old Yorkie. I went along to watch the baby so they could do things in the evening after her bedtime. Much to our surprise, we went to Dogwood Canyon and he proposed!!!! I was so happy to a part of their big day. We had a fantastic stay. The condo was perfect size we did bring a twin blow up for my grandson and the portable crib fit in the front bedroom perfectly. The deck was nice and the pool was enjoyed. Thank you for the nice accommodations.

We enjoyed staying at this condo during our trip to Branson this year. The location was excellent and made it easy to get anywhere in town. The complex was clean, the pool was a lot of fun, and we even had a great view of Silver Dollar City's drone and fireworks show.Our only downsides were that the condo itself could have been cleaner and the beds weren't the most comfortable. We noticed a few cups with lipstick stains and a little grime in the showers.Other than that, the condo was well-equipped with games, plenty of TV options, and had ample space for our family of six.Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive to our messages and kindly accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated.The condo was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. One of the biggest advantages was the location. It was only about a 5-minute drive to Silver Dollar City, which made getting to and from the park incredibly convenient.This unit is on the lower level, and as other reviewers have mentioned, you can hear some noise from above. It wasn’t excessive and didn’t bother us much, but it’s worth noting if you’re especially sensitive to noise.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again, especially for anyone planning to spend time at Silver Dollar City.
