Luxury Penthouse near Silver Dollar City

This Gorgeous Penthouse condo is right next door to Silver Dollar City, and only minutes from Indian Point Public Access. The location is great with many restaurant choices and shopping most within about 15 minutes.
This 2 bed and 2 bath condo is perfect for your family of up to 8. wanting a great vacation home next to Americas most loved theme park! Enjoy your private top floor balcony while listening to boats on the water, the train whistles, and the roller coaster sounds from Silver Dollar City. The 180-degree views of Table Rock Lake, SDC, and Ozark mountains are just one of the amazing things about this property. The grilling area, fire pit, and outdoor pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day) with scenic views, make this one of our favorite places to hang out. A fully functional kitchen and necessary cooking supplies. So many updates to list but a few items are: carpeting replaced in the fall of 2022, all the hardwood flooring replaced in the Spring of 2023, and new sleeper sofa, sitting chair, and the addition of a small desk in the winter of 2023. We have tried to think of everything you might need while on vacation, and have it at your disposal.

There is a pack-n-play if you have an infant, and beds / sleeper sofa to sleep 8.

Clean and quiet unit. Thoughtful amenities. Fantastic location to Silver Dollar City. 20 minutes or less to get to almost all other places (shows, restaurants, popular activities). Bit of a hiccup checking in but the host was easy to get ahold of and rectified the issue immediately. Would recommend.

This property was great. Relaxing atmosphere, with great views of the Ozark Mountains, Sliver Dollar City nightly fireworks, and a short walk (or drive) down to Table Rock Lake.

The property was awesome with a great view and we could get to most places within minutes to a half hour. The property was conveniently located by SDC so that made going back to the property after a long day at the amusement park so nice. We’d be happy to stay again. Thank you!

In the Shadow of Silver Dollar City

This home was a perfect stay for a weekend in Branson. The super easy access to Silver Dollar City meant you could take a minute to rest and still go back to the park to close out the day. We found supplies for everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The owners were very responsive and have created a wonderful place to stay.

Our Family has enjoyed many of the things Branson has to offer. We have been coming to Branson for over 20 years and each time we find something new that becomes the highlight of our time there.

We have been looking for several years and when we found this property it checks everything on our list! Our location is near shopping, entertainment, food, the lake and still in a relaxed setting.

We use this condo as a personal retreat, so we keep the property in great condition and make updates consistently.
