House was very clean and nice wish weather was a little better do we could have gotten in pool but overall everything was great

Good for what we needed

Good for what we needed. Property does need some updating but was clean and met our needs. Was a bit further away than it looked on the map. Not a huge deal but not as convenient as we thought.

Not 100% happy with cozy key

The ac wasn’t working was clogged with almost 15gallons of water. When called to find out if or what they can do “we are sending a tech” if that doesn’t fix the problem we will issue a full refund and you guys can check out. Which is so wrong on many levels... we waited at the house with the tech to be sure it was cleaned out and corrected... to find the outside grill was not working missing pieces, the laundry room had a ceiling leak from the ac... we have stayed at many other houses and never had the experience we had here. We were only allowed 4 cars to park on the property at a time. Even if they where visiting it was an issue

Overall it was a great place to stay. Carpeting & furniture a little worn

Enjoyed our stay at Lake Berkley very much. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. The patio and pool area was private and quiet. Beds were comfortable. We did have a little trouble with the cable/tv/remote. I would definitely stay here again.

Really nice

The home was a perfect fit for our group of 10. The screened pool area was really nice and the neighborhood amenities were an excellent addition! The house could use a little updating and some of the bedrooms do not have televisions but overall it was an a wonderful stay!

Very bad condition - poor experience

We have been charged pretty high price for a property that is not at all deserving of that much rent. Following are the issues: - Pool screen/net covering is broken, one full screen is not there resulting in dirty pool - Inside carpet is really filthy (stairs & rooms upstairs) - Upstairs bedroom comforter, sheets etc. are really old - kitchen doesn’t have sufficient glassware for guests. Plastic cups aren’t hygienic - Pots and pans really run down Had I known this is the condition, I wouldn’t have rented this place. Requires immediate attention of home owners.

Little run down

This was our 2nd time we stayed at this unit the first time was 4 yrs ago and the place was really nice. We tried to sit in the pool area in the evening and it was impossible. There was a couple of section of the screens that was either damage or missing that enclosed the pool area and the bugs and mosquitos attacked us. the drains where very slow and one of the toilets took a long time to fill after flushing. The only thing that helped us enjoy that week was the location of the resort close to stores and restaurants and the weather, sunshine and upper 80's

The perfect house!!!!!!!

The house is great, everything is updated. The house was very clean when we arrived. Nice bedrooms (one bedroom didn't have a tv) and bathrooms. Pool is just the right size. Game room was a plus. Lady at the gate was nice and inviting. The location was everything, you surrounded by shopping center,stores,and more!!!!!!! The big plus was the park is right by the house. Where you can fish and the kids can play at the playground. Me and my family will recommend this home to everyone.

The house was beautiful and served it's purpose

Check in and out was very easy and the house was beautiful but the trash hadn't been taken out previously so there were maggots in the receptacles and a million flies in the house. I had to keep all the food for my wedding reception covered with foil. I was quite disappointed with that.

Great house for the money! Will stay again

My family of 9 and I arrived on Friday. The check in was very easy. The house has a pass-code not a key so everyone had access to the house no matter when they got there. The house was very clean and spacious for everyone. The kitchen had enough pots, and dishes for us to cook for all ten of us. Everyone had a nice stay. We all had a lot of fun in the game room playing ping pong, fuss-ball, and pool. Both the house and furniture are all very standard. There was nothing jaw dropping about the house. But for the money it was an excellent stay. The pool had pool toys for us to enjoy. We were even surprised to see that we had a grill because it wasn't mentioned in the description. The only issue we had was the sound system on the TV was very poor quality. But that is a very small issue and our only complaint. This house is definitely a good stay for the money. I would definitely stay here again.

Not impressed, would not stay again...

Below I have copied an email that I sent to this company while staying at the vacation rental. I did not get a response. "Since we have arrived, at this home we have had multiple issues. Cleanliness: when we moved the bed to utilize the trundle bunk in the upstairs room there was a dead lizard in the corner of the room, as well there was a soiled (with blood) band aid under the bed. The carpets throughout the home are in need of cleaning. Pool Area: there is a grey metal pool chair that is broken and unsafe to sit in. Also, there is a lounger that is soiled with mold. All loungers/pool chairs are in need of cleaning. We were initially told that there was a safety fence surrounding the pool. There is not. On Monday, the pool person threw out a lounger that was unfit. On Monday, the washing machine flooded the laundry room floor. Maintenance came and was unable to fix the washer. A new washer showed up Tuesday at approximately 3:30pm (we were asked to stay at home to wait until the new washer showed up, thus our party stayed at home all day to wait to washer delivery). The washer was working on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning, the dryer then started blowing cool air and was unable to dry clothes. We called and maintenance showed up mid day and had to get more supplies and showed up at 4:30 to clean the duct (which was clogged). They were still unsuccessful as the dryer is still blowing cool air. We have a member of our party leaving this morning with wet clothes in her suitcase!!! This is unacceptable. We had to hang our clothes on chairs, railings and tables to dry. Members of the house have had to buy clothes in order to have something to wear. We have been here for 10 days, we're at day 4 without laundry facilities. We have spent numerous hours waiting for maintenance to come by or delivery trucks."
