The gated enclave of Edgewater Resort ensures security and exclusivity for residents and their guests. Guests will have access to resort amenities during their stay, some are free and some are an extra fee to the community. There are 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts and pickleball courts and a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf. The fitness center features treadmills, upright bikes, recumbent bikes, ellipticals, rowing machines and stairmaster machines. The charge for the fitness center is $15/day or $50/week for a couple.

The resort also offers a hair salon, gift shop, health spa, massage therapy and tram service for the entire complex. Everything you need is nearby or onsite!

Just a short tram ride to the lagoon pool and the beach! The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too.

- Please note we only provide a starter pack of supplies (TP, paper towels, dish pod, laundry pod) despite your length of stay. You are responsible for anything beyond that.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- This property is NOT pet friendly.

- Beach towels are not provided so please pack your own.

- You will receive a digital welcome guide from us approx. 3 days prior to check-in.

- Parking is a separate $50 for one pass and guests must register online and pay before arrival. There is an option to purchase additional passes for a fee. Register and pay at the Edgewater Registration website prior to arrival at the guard gate.

- RVs and trailers are not permitted during the high season. However, they are welcome during the low season, which spans from September 15th to May 15th.

- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
