Thank you for your feedback, we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’re very glad to hear that you enjoyed the pool area and that our communication met your expectations, this is always very important to us. We also appreciate your comments regarding the rooms. We’d like to mention that all of our photos are taken by a professional photographer and are not edited in a way that alters the space, they reflect the rooms as they truly are. We always aim to present the home as accurately as possible through photos, descriptions, and layout details so guests know what to expect, especially for larger groups. That said, we understand that expectations can vary from guest to guest. Our home is designed to comfortably accommodate larger groups while offering a fun, resort-style experience, and we’re happy to hear it worked well for your group overall. Thank you again for staying with us.

We are available to our guests 24/7 and can handle any problem within an hour. Unfortunately, no one contacted us during your stay. We just finished renovating this amazing backyard and invested a lot in it. Regarding the freezer, it's a one-year-old unit that we've used during the last few months of renovation. It works perfectly fine. With temperatures reaching 120 degrees outside, this affects almost everything. When you fill the fridge with food and drinks all at once, it will take about 7-8 hours to cool down. If someone had contacted me, I would have advised you to keep the freezer door closed for a few hours, and you would have seen that everything was fine. Regarding the slide, the depth is 5 feet around the slide as per the code, and it is designed for kids (not for adults). Additionally, it is absolutely forbidden to slide face down for safety reasons. The guests did not follow the safety procedures, and unfortunately, we have no control over their behavior. Regarding the pool texture, the surface is Pebble Tec, the newest technology designed for durability and to prevent slipping. As for the nails you mentioned this issue has been forwarded to our cleaning team for review. As for the supermarket, we have a mini supermarket just around the corner with almost everything and a Walmart 3 minutes away. I appreciate your comments, as we always strive to improve.
