• Early Check-in / Late Check-Out Policy: Standard check-in 4pm & check-out 11am. Early or late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Any check-out after 12.00 PM would be charged 50% of one night rate.
• No fireworks
• No smoking indoors
• No charcoal for grill (propane only)
• Additional fees for guests more then 16
• No street parking, no more than 6 cars permitted
• Quiet hours 10pm - 8am
• Please note there are exterior security cameras to ensure your safety

Guests must be at least 19 to book. Primary Guest must provide a copy of a government-issued ID within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation. The booking party must be present at the home for the duration of the stay. No one under the age of 19 will be permitted on the property without their parent or legal guardian unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from the property without a refund.

Booking includes and is protected by the Safely damage protection program.

NOTE: Rock Hill House at Lake Harmony is a large home with many amenities, and we prioritize keeping it sparkling clean for our guests.
