This is a 7 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom house located in Big Boulder Resort. The house includes hot tub, pool table, Air Hockey, Marvel Digital Pinball, Pac man and Galaga 8 game Arcade, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs with Roku, gas fireplace, and all the comforts you could want.

Enormous custom kitchen with granite center island. Dining \in style with a spectacular view of Big Boulder and Boulder Lake. 2 living rooms, one with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling fireplace.

Separate game room with pool table, Air Hockey, Pac man and Galaga 8 game Arcade.

Master suite will impress with large jetted tub, separate 7ft stone shower with rain showerhead. Step outside and take advantage of 4 outdoor spaces overlooking the lake and the ski slopes.

In the Winter you are a short walk to the slopes. In the Summer, house includes access to the Boulder Lake Club which offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, boat rentals available on lake, tennis, volleyball,, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.

Please check with owner for Rates as rate structure as rates may be lower or higher than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Non weekend rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long. Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay (usually has to be a Sunday on one end).

Two night minimum stay and 3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights).

LINENS ARE PROVIDED BY A LOCAL LINEN SERVICE. THEY DELIVER TO THE DOOR OF THE HOME THE DAY OF YOUR ARRIVAL IN WEATHERPROOF TOTE BOXES. SHEETS ARE INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED AND LABELED BY SIZE. THEY DO NOT PROVIDE BED MAKING SERVICES.
