The Spacious Murray Retreat is a lovely 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom brick house located in the Meadows of Edens Farm neighborhood. Our fully furnished home is great for big families, or travelling professionals featuring desks in each bedroom. Enjoy 5 Smart TVs, one in the living room and one in each bedroom, so everyone can watch their own programs. (no cable is provided, streaming with guest accounts only) This is a home you will love to stay in!
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

The Space:
Our spacious home features an open floor plan and plenty of space for your group or family stay. Simplicity meets comfort! Upon entering the foyer, guests will sit and remove their shoes and place in the cubby before entering into the spacious living room with vaulted ceiling. Equipped with a smart tv for your favourite streaming services and several board games for a family fun game night! Through the double doors you're met with a huge screened in porch, overlooking the plush green, fenced lawn. A propane grill for delicious meals- guests are responsible for supplying the propane. Our kitchen is stocked with baking and cooking essentials, full-sized appliances, dishware, and cutlery for your dining pleasure. Our laundry room also includes full size appliances and a small amount of laundry products to get you started! You'll find all bedrooms adorn with queen size beds, desks, and their own smart tv. Three full bathrooms accommodate the home that are supplied with starter pack essentials. The owner suite is and oasis of serenity with a jetted bathtub, separate walk-in shower, and his and her sinks! The bonus room, off the foyer, offers privacy with it's own full bathroom. This is truly a home away from home!

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access minus two locked closets. One located in the kitchen and the other in the hallway bathroom.

Located in the beautiful Meadows of Edens Farm neighborhood.

Getting Around:
Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas.

Other Things to Note:
Our home in NOT pet friendly. If we suspect of see any pets, an additional pet fee of $150 will be billed to the reservation holder. Please ensure all shoes are removed prior to walking on carpeted areas.

In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our staff a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:

1. Make sure all garbage is collected and placed in the appropriate exterior receptacle.
2. Please place all used towels on the bathroom floor or place in the washing machine and begin the load with the provided detergent and wash with hot water.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.

If you plan to arrive after 9PM, we ask that you please let our staff know. Failure to notify the staff of late Check In may result in limited or delayed assistance with entry in the event of an issue.

Interaction with Guests:
This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. Check In is self guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. We’re only a message away!

Check-ins later than 9PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
