Located in a quiet neighborhood. The partially fenced-in backyard allows unrestricted space for some outdoor activities with minimal separation from the neighbors. The upper level features three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while the lower level has it's own primary suite and living area. We know you'll feel right at home!

The Space:

Located in a quiet neighborhood. The partially fenced-in backyard allows unrestricted space for some outdoor activities with minimal separation from the neighbors. The upper level features three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary upstairs features a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, the second with a full-size bed and the third with a twin Xl daybed. The lower level includes a second primary bedroom equipped with a king size bed and a twin. A total of 5 beds sleeping up to 8 comfortably. Smart TVs are already logged into our high-speed WiFi for your enjoyment. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve home-cooked meals during your visit. The Clairborne Inn is the perfect place for your family's stay!

Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit with a $15 non-refundable processing fee. We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.

*The Space*

This two-story, split-level home is the perfect place for your group's stay in Fayetteville. The Blue Sky Landing features two separate master bedrooms and two separate living areas, each on separate floors, creating multiple areas to gather. There are 5 beds across 4 bedrooms, which can easily accommodate up to 8 people. The downstairs den includes a laptop-ready workspace for working and schooling from home. All of our televisions are connected to the wifi for your convenience.

*Other Things to Note*

Please note that the yard is only partially fenced. Supervision of children and pets is recommended. Pets should be leashed.

No Events, No Parties, No Unapproved Guests!! We have a zero tolerance policy for on-site celebrations/events. If your intent is not what you expressed to the host in your official booking, you will be evicted immediately with police presence Without refund.

For your convenience, we provide a starter set of household essentials (laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, basic toiletries bar mop towels in lieu of paper towels, etc.) Should you run out, there are plenty of stores nearby for you to pick up extra supplies.

Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask you treat our property with respect(think about staying with your in-laws for a week) to ensure that future guests can enjoy the house as well.

*Guest Access*

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the entire house except for 2 locked closets . We apologize, but the garage is not available for guest parking and is locked from guest use.

*The Neighborhood*

Single-family home in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Minutes from many restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and fun things to do! Quick access to the highway makes access to Fort Bragg a breeze. Only 20 minutes travel time to Paraclete! Please be respectful of our neighbors and limit noise between 9 Pm and 6 AM.

*Getting Around*

Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas. The home is located within 20 minutes of anywhere in Fayetteville, within 5 minutes of downtown Hope Mills.

Check out requirements--The below tasks significantly help our staff offer the earliest possible Check-Ins and latest possible Check Outs and we appreciate your cooperation.

1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the washing machine and begin cycle using hot water and provided detergent.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.

If you plan to arrive after 9 PM, we ask that you please let our staff know. Failure to notify the staff of late Check-In may result in limited or delayed assistance with entry in the event of an issue.

*Interaction with Guests*

Check-ins later than 9 Pm should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!

Located in the West point subdivision- family friendly and quiet.

Getting Around:
