Summary:
The Terry Sanford Guest House is a beautifully decorated house that has been divided into 3 apartments, each with committed parking and a private entrance from the exterior on the outskirts of the historic Haymount District. This two story townhome style house boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and no shared spaces! Fully furnished and equipped with all of your basic amenities. Make yourself at home and enjoy our home as much as we do!
The Space:
Enter on the first floor comfortable living room complete with smart TV for your streaming pleasure. Cable is not provided, but WiFi is included and reaches all areas of the home. A separate dining room features a table that seats 6 in addition to a two bar stools . Our kitchen is stocked with all of your basic cookware and utensils, so you may prepare your own meals during your stay. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast bars and Keurig with K cups. The first floor includes a huge bedroom featuring a king sized bed, smart tv, and desk for working from home! Down the hall a full bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and a bathroom with a cast iron tub. Each bathroom stocked with toilet paper, make-up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. One set of fresh towels are provided for each guest. After a nice shower curl up in one of our comfortable king or queen sized beds with fresh linens for a good night's sleep.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a $500 security deposit ($15 processing fee). We suggest you utilize the damage waiver to protect you in case of accidental damage up to $500 during a booking.
Guest Access:
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to one of three apartments built into this historic home with the exception of two locked closet during your stay. There are no shared spaces. Reservation includes 2 designated parking spot. Entrance is the front door facing the main road. Use your custom access code to open the smart lock.
The Neighborhood:
The Terry Sanford Guest house is located right outside the Haymount district with restaurants and bars a short 3 minute Uber ride. We recommend walking to Honeycutt park or just enjoying the outside area with other area joggers up and down Ft. Bragg road and taking the short drive to check out Historic Downtown Fayetteville. The Historic Haymount neighborhood is the gem of Fayetteville. LeClair's General Store for coffee and gifts. Latitude 35 is a great pub/dinner featuring great brunch and dinner options. Don't miss the 1897 Poe House or the Airborne and Special Ops Museum while you are here!
Getting Around:
While this is a walk-able neighborhood, personal vehicle is preferred, although the availability of Lyft and Uber is always increasing. This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around Fayetteville by car--with easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze.

House Rules/ Expectations:
1. No smoking or illicit drugs of any kind within our near our home. Evidence of cigarette or illicit smoke odor will incur a $250 fee. This is posted within our home as well.
2. Respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times. Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM.
3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
4. Lawn damage due to parking incurs a charge up to $500
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
2. Gather all towels in one bathroom or place inside the washing machine and begin load on hot water with provided detergent.
3. Gather all trash and place in appropriate receptacle. Note: recyclables are not to be bagged.
Other Things to Note:
1. Guest parking is aloud on driveway, not blocking the loop. May accommodate up to 2 vehicles.
2. Guests may hear occasional aircraft or other loud noise due to close proximity to local base.
3. Our home is not wheelchair accessible.
Supervision of pets and children at all times is recommended.

Our local manager is available Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM and for after hours emergencies.
Please note, that despite our Host Team is available 27/7, we request guests to share if their check-in will occur later than 9PM. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9PM may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in!
