The host Jordan was very accommodating and quick to respond. The house had everything we needed for a girls weekend away. Between the spacious back yard and the game room we were never starved for entertainment. The proximity to downtown Newport is great as well, an easy uber ride! Would stay here again

Amazing stay!

This property is gorgeous and spacious with an unbeatable back yard space! Jordan was an amazing and accommodating host! Could not recommend booking this property enough!

Wonderful stay!!

The house is very equipped and super clean. I had a family gathering for my son’s graduation and it met all my expectations! The host is very accommodating and kept open communication throughout my stay. I would definitely come back and create more memories.

The perfect weekend stay

I can't say enough great things about Jordan and his property. It's even better than the photos. The location is ideal, and Jordan was superb. No matter what occasion you're traveling for, this house will fit your needs. The backyard is HUGE and equipped with adequate seating. The bathrooms and new and beautiful, and the living spaces are all cozy. Literally perfect.

The host was so nice and the property was amazing. We stayed for a bachelorette and it fit all of us. The neighborhood was quiet and the property was beautiful. So clean and it had a huge backyard. We were able to have yoga in the backyard. It was so close to Newport that ubering was no problem. 10/10 recommend

Great Stay

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend with our family celebrating our upcoming wedding. The hosts were flexible allowing us to check in a bit early and very responsive to our outreaches. The house was clean and very spacious. We loved using the many yard games they offered! I highly recommend and look forward to coming back in the future!!

Weekend Stay

The house was close to the Newport restaurants & bars. The house was perfect for a group of 6-7. The backyard and patio offered a great place to enjoy good weather, drinks and games with friends. I would choose the house again if I were to stay in the Newport area.

Bachelorette Weekend

Jordan’s home was the perfect location for my sister’s Bachelorette weekend in Newport, RI. The space had plenty of room for us, was very clean, and in great proximity to several stores and downtown Newport. The spacious backyard was perfect for dinners outside on the patio and entertaining. We will definitely recommend to our families and friends and would love to return in the future. Jordan was easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. Overall a great home and experience!

We had a great time staying at Jordon’s house! It’s a beautiful house and was well equipped with everything we needed. Jordon was very responsive and was very accommodating when we asked to drop our refrigerated food off earlier than check in. The location was drivable to everything we wanted to do and the backyard was a great place to spend down time! I gave our stay a 4 star because there were a couple of minor things that could easily be fixed. For example, one of the smoke detectors started beeping in the middle of the night which we think was because of low batteries. We also saw a few ants in the kitchen and in the outside garbage. We brought this to Jordan's attention and he said he was aware of the situation and it is a very common around the town. He said he will continue to put out traps. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Host was our lifesaver and house was a dream

A weekend that unfortunately started out with quite a big hiccup (not this hosts fault at all) was salvaged thanks to Jordan. We were scrambling to look for a place to stay on the morning of the 4th in Newport and thankfully Jordan was ready to go and answered the phone at 9am to check us in early after being double booked at our original property. Safe to say Jordan had already seemlessly saved our weekend. Then to find his beautiful property in a very convenient part of Middletown, close enough to Newport proper but far enough where you have a yard a space. Jordans space is equipped with games. Comfy indoor and outdoor furniture and many other amenities you will for sure enjoy and be surprised by. One of our favorites was the nespresso ;) we very quickly felt at home, and will absolutely be back

I loved everything about this house, including:- house was immaculate when we arrived- location is close to downtown and the Naval Station- check-in and check-out was super easy- nice touches like snack basket and stocked coffee bar- every room has a TV- cool recreation room in basement- communications with Host were EXCELLENTWe will definitely stay here again if we come back to Newport. All-around great experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at King Cottage. The house was beautifully furnished, bright & sunny. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you need from excellent utensils, cooking utensils & dishwasher!! Adorable coffee & bar nook to enjoy. All of the bedrooms were furnished nicely with really nice linens. Our favorite hang out spot was the game room ... several Pac Man and Skeeball games were enjoyed by everyone. The property is conveniently located to so many stores, restaurants, etc. Quick drive to downtown Newport. The outdoor space looks like it will be a great place to hang out in warmer weather. The hosts are great communicators with messages upon booking and prior to checking in. They have added QR code signage in the house which contains a bounty of into for how to maximize your stay and location. Looking forward to staying here again.
