Nestled in Dadeville, this wonderful house offers guests a peaceful retreat with plenty of space to unwind. This beautiful lakefront home boast 5 spacious bedrooms, and 3.5 baths has a great dock with an upper sundeck. There is an airconditioned studio attached to the dock to allow you to cool off/watch TV on the hot summer days while still enjoying the water. The home is located in a quiet, deep water slough with great views of the lake. It's a perfect spot to relax and soak in the water without fear of heavy boat traffic.
There are about 80 steps from the house down to the lake. Please be cautious going up and down them, as they get slippery when wet. The swim and sun deck are both composite, so it can get very hot during the summer, sandals or water shoes are recommended.
There is a boat slip that is available for the guests to use. Union boat ramp is the closest public launch.
Trash cans are located at the top of the driveway and all of them must be returned to the top of the driveway at checkout.
There are exterior security cameras at all entrances of the home and on the boat slip. These are for security and safety.
