Welcome to Abigail's Lake Haven by Big Fish Real Estate Group at Lake Martin! Abigailâs Lake Haven is a charming 4br/2ba home that sleeps 10, situated on an almost flat lot, just off a big branch of water tucked away from the busy main channel, an area ideal for fishing tournaments. This home is the place to go when you want to escape from your hectic lifestyle and enjoy some peace and quiet with your family. There is plenty of room for entertaining on the large deck or just sitting back, relaxing, and watching beautiful sunsets.
When walking up to the property you will be immediately greeted with a stunning view! Enter the home into a spacious living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. Then take a step out into the amazing sunroom overlooking the lake. The sunroom has an additional dining table, a Keurig coffee bar with K-Cups, and two glider chairs where you can sit all day and take in the beautiful surroundings. The master bedroom is located just off the living room with a king bed, lake view, and a bathroom. You will find a baby bed, highchair, playpen, and an extra fold-out twin bed in the closet. The two guest bedrooms, both with queen beds, are on the adjacent side of the living room with a shared bath in between. The playroom/bunk room is next to the kitchen and is ideal for kids of any age. Equipped with a large TV for gaming or movie watching, a foosball table, 2 sets of twin bunks, and some cozy bean bag chairs. This will surely keep them entertained on those rainy days!
Extra amenities include a gas grill, an open jet ski port, paddle boards, life jackets, and a small covered boat slip (ideal for a john boat or a jet ski).
Dare Power Park has located only 3 miles away that offers a boat ramp, playground, fishing piers, sandy beach area, and more.
PLEASE NOTE: Water levels can fluctuate (even at full pool) due to the lack of rain. Big Fish is not responsible for any inconvenience this may cause. You can download the Alabama Power Shoreline app and monitor the water level from there. If we meet the requirements for the fall extension, the winter pool draw down will begin on October 15th each year. Please be aware of this if you are booking in the fall.
Jordan-Hare Stadium is only 30 miles away.

Must be 25 years and older to book.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am.
This is a no-smoking property.
No pets allowed.
The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
For safety reasons, please do not use the boat lift. The power is disconnected to boat lift.
Please respect the neighbors and the fact the home is in a slough. When entering the slough, remember other families will be swimming and enjoying the lake and try not to cause a wake.
All trash and perishables must be disposed of properly and dishes washed.
