Nestled in a peaceful wooded neighborhood, this home is conveniently located between Mount Snow (10 Minute Drive) and Stratton Resort (20 Minute Drive). Also close to Bromley Resort. When you aren't at the mountain, you will also be close to the beautiful towns of Wilmington and Manchester. Lastly, you will have access to the community recreation center which includes an indoor heated pool and tennis courts.

The Space:
Main Level: Guest bedroom with queen sized memory foam bed, and a bathroom. Open floor plan living room and kitchen area with wood burning stove, smart tv and butlers pantry with wine fridge. Also a huge walkout covered balcony with chairs to enjoy the stars at night.

Second Floor: Primary bedroom with queen memory foam bed and smart tv, and a guest room with two twin memory foam beds and a queen sized memory foam bed. Lastly a full bathroom.

All bedrooms have a ceiling fan.

Other Things to Note:
- We supply linens and towels. However if you plan on using the pool at the club house, you need to bring your own pool towel.

- Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

- Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you agree to all terms of the rental agreement.

-During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions.

-Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss.

-We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans.

-Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
