Ten out of ten, and "clean and spacious" might be the two words every host wants stitched onto a pillow. Great to hear the views didn't disappoint either — that part's mostly Mother Nature's doing, but we like to think we picked a pretty solid spot to enjoy it from. Great location for exploring Austin. The apartment was perfect for my husband and me and had everything we needed for a 3-night stay. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We would happily stay here again.

Great stay 1 block from 6th street so much to do in the area. The pool was beautiful and the events they had each day for guests were fun!!

The property is very close to 6th Street, the Capitol and several venues. The suite is large, clean, has every amenity. You will be pressured to attend a 90 minute Wyndham presentation, but you can decline and just pay the 35 per day day parking fee instead.

The unit was so clean and spacious for two adults. We left the kids at home this trip, but were even thinking that it was big enough for our two young kids too. The resort was well thought out and we would definitely stay again! The only thing is the resort will try to get you to sit through a 90 minute sales pitch in return for validating your parking. It was reunion weekend for me so we did not have the time, but something to be aware of either way. The team was nice about it and didn’t push when I said we just didn’t have time to carve out. It’s an awesome location, off of noisy 6th street but still so close to everything. The host was also very easy to communicate with and quick to respond!

Thank you so much for the fantastic 10/10! Hearing the space felt roomy enough for future trips with the kids is exactly the kind of flexibility we aim for. Great callout on the parking validation offer — that's completely optional, and we're glad the team respected your time on a weekend that was clearly packed already. Good to know it landed as low-pressure rather than pushy. And that location really is the sweet spot: close enough to everything on 6th Street without actually being in the middle of the noise. Hope the next trip (kids in tow or not) brings you back our way!

Excellent location just a five-minute walk to groovy 6th Street. Safe and pleasant area. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay there again! Note that the balcony is not part of the unit -- it's very nice, but it's on a different floor and shared by all guests.

Close enough for live music and tacos… far enough away to actually sleep. It’s a delicate science. We’re also glad the unit checked all the boxes: spacious, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a great stay. And excellent callout on the balcony! It’s a bit like the cool rooftop hangout in a movie—technically not in your apartment, but still a great place to step out, relax, and enjoy the view with fellow guests. We’d love to host you again anytime. Next time the only thing we’ll try to improve is the weather… and unfortunately we’re still negotiating that contract. -NexResorts

Great place. Very clean and roomy with an awesome view to downtown. The bed was comfy and the kitchen had everything in order. It had all we needed. (Including good coffee) The location was perfect for us for walking to appointments downtown and the capital.

This was a great place and awesome location. The room/apt. was just as it was advertised. Lots of room throughout. Big enough bedroom with nice living room and kitchen and big bathroom. The tub was a nice benefit. It was also close to a lot of fun restaurants and bars. Very walkable. Will stay there again.

The view from the room was amazing. The room was modern and clean. It was the perfect place to celebrate my best friends birthday. The host was friendly and answered any questions I had with a reasonable timeframe. They kept me up to date with everything I needed to make check-in as smooth as possible. I would definitely stay here again.
