This house was located in a nice quiet place. The house was very clean and comfortable. Could use a little TLC maintenance wise, but nothing major. I highly recommend this location for a getaway.

Warm, welcoming winter stay

This house was perfect for our group of friends. We had teens and adults and we all had a blast with corn hole, air hockey AND ping pong! Chico is super close. Beautiful bedrooms upstairs and fun sleeping arrangements downstairs. Great communication as well.

Wonderful Property

Loved everything about this property, very welcoming, clean and enough room for a family of 10 to have time together. A favorite was the downstairs, perfect for the kids to have their space while the grownups relaxed upstairs. Rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning! An added bonus was watching two herds of deer visit the area while we ate breakfast.

Beautiful Location

This house was perfect for our holiday get-together with a cozy upstairs living space and kitchen, and the TV area/game room downstairs. Its proximity to Chico Hot Springs was perfect for trips back and forth to enjoy the thermal pools and dinner there. The morning sunrise was breath-taking over the stunning Mountain Views. Our family really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Thanksgiving gathering

This property was central for my family to travel to from Wyoming, North Dakota, and Montana. The has had beautiful views, lots of outdoor space to explore and close proximity to additional family activities. The beds were very comfortable. The rest of the furniture was fine for 6 in the group but really not not for the. It was listed as a 5 bedroom but actually only had 4.

Perfect view. Quiet.

Great view of the mountains. Quiet. Plenty of room for large family or friends. Clean. Large room with games and tv. Can totally send your kids down to the game room while adults are talking upstairs. New appliances. We will be back.

Family invasion for 2 local wranglers

The property was perfect proximity to 2 ranches. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was nicely decorated with plenty of amenities. The owners thought of many incidentals to make a family gathering homey..games, cooler for picnics, plenty of nice kitchenware…we really enjoyed our stay

Inacurate listining

We specifically chose this property to have central air because we had an 85 year old grandma with us. The property manager failed to tell us the a/c went out. They tried to fix the situation by putting two small ac units in two bedrooms but the inside temp of the house exceded 85 during the day. The property hadnt been mowed in a long time and they had it mowed at 9 am on a saturday. The dishwasher didnt work. The ceiling fan didnt work. There was a fire pit that was burried under grass. There was no outside furniture.

Perfect for the 10 of us.

We stayed here as we spent 2 days in north Yellowstone. It was perfect as we passed through a small town to grab groceries food and snacks for the all day hikes, Both on our way in and back out of the Park. The home was very spacious and we all loved the games and how they thought of all the small things. 5 stars. Thank you for sharing your home.

4th of July in Montana

We had a great stay at this property over the 4th of July. The location is nice and quiet, and has amazing views of the mountians. The home is very clean and in great shape, and was perfect for two families of four. Would definitely stay again.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You'll love this home because it's close to Chico Hot Springs Resort and the little town of Emigrant, and also very near the entrance to Yellowstone. Livingston is only a short drive north for shopping, great restaurants, live theater, rodeo, and shopping, and Bozeman is only about an hour if you need to catch a flight. At the same time, the house is in a place that is easy to access summer or winter but still feels remote. It's only a few minutes from Yellowstone River fishing access and National Forest trails, and Yellowstone is only 30 minutes away! The views from inside and outside of the house are phenomenal! Lots of deer and other wildlife too. It's a really special place!
